The crystal chandeliers in the Nimb Bar are the originals, dating from the building's opening in They were sold in 2006 when the entire hotel was renovated, and when we reopened in 2008, we bought the chandeliers back. So they are now hanging in the place where they belong, just as they did a century ago.

4 COCKTAILS The 1909 Nimb s signature summer cocktail DKK 125 Christian Jensen s take on an 18 th century English gin recipe meets a very new liqueur on the scene. These two worlds combine to produce a fresh and naturally sweetened, taste bud-teasing treat. Jensen s Old Tom gin, St. Germain (elderflower liqueur), fresh lemon juice, clove bitters and fresh sage leaves. Margrethe s Margarita DKK 130 There s just something about 100% agave silver tequila. This luscious and full textured take on a classic will have you building a wall around it, to keep your date s hands off it. Ocho Blanco tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, agave syrup, lime juice and black lava salt. Gin Gin Smash DKK 125 Fresh fresh fresh! 5 Anejo Highball DKK 120 A Dark n Stormy from the King of cocktails himself Dale Degroff. You ll probably never enjoy a normal Dark n Stormy again after trying this! Gosling s dark rum, Cointreau, muddled lime and bitters, topped with ginger beer. Northern Negroni DKK 135 A delicate blended Canadian whisky proudly displays hints of oak and vanilla as it boldly replaces the usual gin. Black walnut bitters twists the plot even further. Crown Royal Canadian whisky, Antica Formula sweet vermouth, Campari and black walnut bitters. Piano Man DKK 135 The Nolet family has been distilling since the 17 th century. Wheat vodka merges flawlessly and elegantly with sweet hints of Aperol and elderflower. A few bubbles on top of anything never hurt anyone now did they?
