3 Nobu Cocktails Samedi Combining the dark flavours of Cointreau Noir and Zacapa 23 Rum with Southern Comfort, Chocolate and Cherry Smoke this cocktail brings the flavours of New Orleans straight to your mouth. Tommy on the Mountain Our take on a tommy s margarita creates a fusion of agave with Jose Cuervo Tradicional, Illegal Mezcal and a spiced agave syrup softened with a Yama Momo Foam. Nobu Sazerac Continuing in the Nobu tradition of fusing Japanese and Peruvian ingredients our twist on the New York Sazerac brings together Suntory Kakubin Whiskey, Plum Pisco and Yellow Chartreuse with a light spray of La Fee NV absinthe for those looking for something a little bolder. Apchee Martini Apple and lychee liqueur blended with fresh lychee juice and muddled lime. Sweet at first with a cleansing sour finish, garnished with a lychee. White Chocolate Passionfruit Martini This great mix of Ketel One Vodka, a dash of passionfruit with a hint of white chocolate and vanilla syrup. Sprinkled with white chocolate flakes. Tropical Sake This light and refreshing cocktail combines the light flavours of Hokusetsu Sake with the subtle flavours of Van Gogh Mango Vodka, Kiwi Fruit, Apple and Cucumber. French Kiss This combination of Four pillar s Gin, Lillet and Plum Pisco envokes the lighthearted feeling of a walk along the French Riviera. Guyver Using Hokusetsu TK 40 Sake a rounded and smooth sake mixed with pear, elderflower and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Garnished with a cucumber twist and served over an ice sphere. Bottle 500ml Hokusetsu Nigori Unfiltered sake, therefore very cloudy in appearance and creamy in texture. Very dry with hints of pear and lemon and a quick dry finish. Hokusetsu Yukino Hibiki The name of the Sake is translated as Symphony of Snow. It is extremely delicate and clean, with aromas of white pepper and a hint of lemon on the palate. Masu/Small Large Bamboo Bottle 1500ml Hokusetsu Daiginjo or Warm The original Nobu sake, full bodied and very fragrant, hints of biscuits on the nose lead to a dry, quick finish. Masu/Small Large Bamboo Bottle 1800ml Hokusetsu Junmai Daiginjo This Cherry Blossom sake has hints of floral elements on the nose with a little greenness, a combination which leads to a refreshing finish. Masu/Small Large Bamboo Bottle 500ml Bottle 1500ml Hokusetsu Junmai Daiginjo Yura Yura Meaning wavy wavy, this is a feminine sake, fresh and light on both the palate and the nose. Masu/Small Large Bamboo Bottle 500ml Hokusetsu 10 Y.O Aged in Sado Island, Japan, to the sound of classical music, a much more complex and stronger sake. A nice balance between mineral and floral aromas, however the dry finish is eminent. Masu/Small Large Bamboo Bottle 1500ml Hokusetsu TK 40 This sake, being part of Nobu s private stock, is very smooth and well rounded, aromas are sweet, however the lift of acidity combined with hints of cedar and dark honey on the palate complement each other. Try this with our famous Black Cod Miso. Masu/Small Bamboo Bottle 500ml Bottle 1500ml Hokusetsu YK 35 An extremely rare and luxurious sake, the YK 35 presents aromas of aniseed with a hint of sweetness. With such aromatic influence it is very silky and bold on the palate, balanced evenly with mellow acidity.
