3 CALL ME CLASSIC SIGNATURE all BLACKBERRY BRAMBLE Gin based cocktail mixed with Creme de Mure Liqueur, Sloe Gin, fresh lemon juice small dash of sugar syrup all finished with lemon zest essence. MAI TAI Havana Anejo matured with mix of spices, Maraschino cherries and orange zest, mixed with Apricot Brandy Liqueur, almond syrup, fresh lemon juice all finished with touch of Kraken Black Spiced Rum to add more character. MOJITO Havana 3 year muddled with fresh limes, white cane sugar and mint leaves. SIXTY6 BLOODY MARY Vodka infused with four types of peppers and smoked paprika stirred with horseradish pink salt and our secret mix of herbs and spices finished with tomato juice. BLANCO MARGARITA White tequila mixed with freshly squeezed lime juice, Triple Sec, Agave nectar. MOSCOW MULE Citron Vodka shaken with fresh lime juice finished with ginger beer and Angostura bitters. HEMINGWAY S DAIQUIRI White Rum mixed with pink grapefruit juice dash of lemon juice, sugar syrup and Maraschino Liqueur. Just like he liked it. all COLD BREW BRO Vodka based cocktail shaken with cold brew coffee, bitter chocolate aromatic bitters Black Mozart Chocolate Liqueur and a touch of sugar syrup the gomme. TOBACCO OLD FASHIONED Slaine Triple Casked Whiskey, stirred with a touch of kirsch cherry syrup and aromatic bitters. Finished with the infusion of maple syrup & wood chips smoke. DOUBLE BARREL SAZERAC A combination of Glendalough Double Barrel whiskey and Martell VS Cognac accompanied by Peychaud and Angostura Bitters, with a touch of Pernod Absinthe. AGED NEGRONI Tanqueray Gin stirred with Rosso Vermouth and Campari, mix of bitters and spices aged for a minimum of 6 weeks in an oak barrel. Our twist on the famous Negroni Cocktail created back in 1919 in Cae Cason for Camillo Negroni. MAPLE OLD FASHIONED Diplomatico Rum stirred with maple syrup, mix of aromatic bitters, drop of Maraschino Liqueur, finished with orange zest essence Old fashioned style cocktail based on Prizefight Whiskey, stirred with touch of apricot and Maraschino Liqueur to bring more character, completed with Lillet Blanc Vermouth to bring a subtle long finish.

GIN WITH PASSION Beefeater Gin, fresh passion fruit purée, pink grapefruit juice, rhubarb bitters, passion fruit Liqueur and lemon juice. FLAMENCO MARGARITA Tequila Blanco shaken with blood orange purée, Campari, Madagascar Vanilla Liqueur, fresh lime juice and agave nectar. Finished with rose, lemon, chilli salt rim MANGO CAIPIRINHA Velho Barreiro Cachaca, fresh mango purée, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup. PISCO & MIDORI SOUR Pisco Sour with Midori, fresh lemon, white cane sugar and pasteurised egg white all finished with Peychaud Bitters. all WHITE CHOCOLATE & PASSION FRUIT MARTINI Absolut Vanilla Vodka, White Cacao Liqueur, Passion Fruit Liqueur, passion fruit purée, pineapple juice. WHITE RUSSIAN NO 2 Absolute Vodka stirred with 66 stout & bitter chocolate sauce chocolate aromatic bitters dash of sugar, all finished with whipped cream on top. FRENCH MARTINI Vodka based Martini balanced with Crème de Cassis and pineapple juice. FOREST BERRIES DAIQUIRI White rum blended with a mix of forest berry purées. DREAM ON Absolut Vanilla Vodka, White Cacao Liqueur, White chocolate liqueur, strawberry puree, fresh cream. LEMONGRASS & ELDERFLOWER COSMOPOLITAN Citron Vodka muddled down with fresh lemongrass, Elderflower Liqueur and finished with red grape juice.

Aperol mixed with prosecco and soda water served with slice of orange. MEDITERRANEAN Aperol mixed with sweet wine touch of passionfruit & honey liqueur finished with mediterranean tonic. SASSARI Aperol mixed with sauvignon & elderflower liqueur, rose wine finished with prosecco. PINK AVENUE Aperol mixed with pink grapefruit liqueur, madagascar vanilla liqueur touch of lemonade finished with prosecco and pink grapefruit essence. RUBY RED Aperol mixed with 66 rhubarb syrup, rhubarb bitters, vanilla, finished with prosecco CITRUS BREEZE Aperol mixed with irish mist honey liqueur, madagascar vanilla liqueur, fresh lemon juice, lemon essence finished with prosecco.

6 martini club spirits all VESPER MARTINI Shaken Gorodns Gin with Ketel One Vodka, touch of Lillet Blanc Vermouth finished with lemon zest. I never have more than one drink before dinner. But I do like that one to be large and very strong and very cold and very well-made. I hate small portions of anything, particularly when they taste bad. This drink s my own invention. I m going to patent it when I can think of a good name. Ian Fleming, Casino Royale, Chapter 7, Rouge et Noir DIRTY MARTINI Either based on Gin or Vodka, shaken or stirred, mixed with green olive juice and Noilly Prat Vermouth. CLASSIC MARTINI Martini served the way you like it, shaken or stirred, vodka or gin, with less vermouth to make it more dry or more to make it just perfect. SIXTY6 MANHATTAN Slaine Triple Casked Whiskey stirred with Noilly Prat Rouge balanced and a Grand Marnier, Angostura aromatic bitters, touch of griottines type cherry syrup. Our own twist on this well know classic MARTINEZ Gin based Martini stirred with Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, sweet vermouth and orange aromatic bitters. It most likely started life sometime in the 1860 s or 70 s, but is first known to have been published in O.H.
