4 Loose Leaf Tea A selection of our finest finest loose-leaf teas Peppermint Tea Peppermint has an excellent reputation for cooling and calming of an upset stomach. The liquor is bright and clear with an intoxicating aroma and beautifully refreshing taste. This is wonderful as an after dinner aid to digestion. Earl Grey Black Tea. This tea is a blend of the finest China Keemun, Ceylon, Assam and Darjeeling leaf teas, scented with the finest Oil of Bergamot. The liquor is light and fragrant and can be enjoyed alone, with milk, or with a slice of lemon. Tradition says that its name was derived from the British Earl who once risked his ship to save a Chinese Emperors wife and the Emperor created this tea in thanks to his wife s savior. Green Sencha A large, flat, green leaf from the Anhui Province of Eastern China. The liquor is a light amber colour in the cup and possesses a light, mellow and slightly nutty flavour.

5 Rooibos Blood Orange Also known as Red Bush Tea. Under the shadow of Table Mountain, this tea grows on the wild plains of the Western Cape in South Africa. Rooibos is known to have excellent antioxidant properties and is naturally caffeine free. This tea has been scented with the very best Blood Orange flavour to give a wonderfully sweet orange character with a light and bright colour liquor. Chamomile Herbal Produced on the Egyptian plains. This has a remarkable calming effect, for which it is well known. A light and bright liquor with distinctive taste, perfect for late evenings. Elder flower & Lemon Fruit Infusion A mix of real fruit pieces, lemongrass and elder-flower are all blended together and lightly scented to create this delicate and refreshing fruit infusion.
