2 TRIPLE DOG DARE PREMIUM TEQUILA AND ORGANIC LIQUEUR, BLOOD ORANGE, AND A TRIPLE DOG DARE OF THREE PEPPERS. CONCEPT & IMPACT: Our epic TRUTH + DARE event covered two floors of a civic gallery space and was designed to feel like two events in one. TRUTH, on the second floor, was light, pure, and ethereal, while DARE, on the third floor was hard, sexy, raw and, well, DARING. Naturally, each themed floor called for a signature libation to set the mood for the experiences to come. Triple Dog Dare served as one of these showcase cocktails telling the story of DARE! ORIGINALITY OF THE BEVERAGE: Not from a recipe book! Premium Tequila and organic liquors, blood orange sour, lemonade, and a trio of chiles were blended and balanced by our staff mixologist before being portioned into custom labeled, vintage soda bottles. 2

3 UNIQUENESS OF SERVICE STYLE & PRESENTATION: They say you only have one chance to make a first impression. This is why a uniquely sexy presentation was such an important part of serving Triple Dog Dare. A caged, shirtless & muscled model with a silver face mask was an entertaining background to our redilluminated bars. He interacted with our guests while they were served an ice-cold bottle of this uniquely refreshing beverage. The cocktail was batch-prepared on the morning of the event, and hundreds of five ounce bottles were individually labeled, filled, capped, and chilled in anticipation of their evening debut. 3

4 PRODUCTION AT THE EVENT: TRUTH + DARE was a challenging event with nine buffet stations, ten bars, themed seating areas, sixteen entertainers, scores of catering staff the list goes on! Serving a showcase beverage such as Triple Dog Dare that was not only batch-prepared but also individually portioned hours before the event was one of the smartest strategies of this event. Each and every cocktail was guaranteed to be consistently mixed to perfection. Bartenders at this station only needed to pop the bottle cap and insert a red and white striped straw. While this cocktail was the welcome libation on the DARE themed area, the TRUTH + DARE Event of course featured beer, wine, and four other handcrafted cocktail for revelers to enjoy: THE NAKED TRUTH / light rum, elderflower, lavender blackberry shrub, lavender glitter TRUTH SERUM / gin, cucumber, tangerine, basil, black pepper elixir THE TRUTH HURTS / citrus vodka, lime, yuzu sour DAREDEVIL / bourbon, pomegranate, ginger beer 4

5 CHALLENGES: Thankfully this beverage s presentation style practically eliminated the possibility for error. At an event with five specialty cocktails, the greatest struggle would be avoiding repetition. To remedy this, we chose a different primary liquor for each. This challenge pushed us creatively to create new, unique, and original recipes for each. We wanted someone who normally wouldn t order a tequila, gin, or bourbon drink to taste one of our cocktails and say Wow! That is good! RECIPE: (BULK) Blend all ingredients in a 5 gallon container, mix well, portion into individual labeled vintage style soda bottles, and chill (5) 750 ml bottle Hornitos Reposado Tequila (smooth and earthy) (1) 750 ml bottle Fruitlab Organic Jasmine (bright, floral, and exotic) (1) 750 ml bottle Liqueur de Damiana (a sweet and herbaceous Mexican liqueur) 2.5 gallons chile-pepper infused lemonade (fresh lemon juice, sugar, water, infused with a simple syrup made with red and green jalapeños serranos, and shishito peppers) 1 gallon blood orange sour (our own blend of fresh blood orange juice, lime, sugar, citric acid, tartaric acid) 5
