Tasting Notes BEN NEVIS YEAR-OLD SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY, SINGLE CASK HIGHLANDS BOTTLING DETAILS: Bottled at cask strength, 55.5% Non-chill filter and natural colour. FLAVOUR DESCRIPTION Complex layered aroma; wood notes on top - pecan nuts, green tea and sanded oak, then a mélange of a fresh fruit cocktail of pear, apple, banana and lychees. At natural strength the taste is sweet and lively, with Granny Smith apples, rum toffee, drying in the long, spicy finish. With a spot of water, an elegant waxy note creeps in and a trace of camphor; the aroma becomes more floral with hints of tobacco. At reduced strength, it remains sweet and spicy with a hint of fresh plum. Complex and vigorous. Great texture. A nice balance of age and freshness.

4 THE Golf Widow A dash of spring water reveals the defiant spiciness of this initially delicate Auchentoshan 1993 single malt, with hidden depths of tobacco smoke enticingly hinted at by its cask-enhanced golden hue. Hand-sourced from the verdant golfing country of the Scottish Lowlands, The Golf Widow s fragrant top notes of apple and pear pay homage to the region s majestic greens from the comfort of the 19th hole a sophisticated and spirited companion enjoyed by those who dare to do things differently. Tasting Notes AUCHENTOSHAN YEAR-OLD SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY, SINGLE CASK LOWLANDS BOTTLING DETAILS: Bottled at cask strength, 59.8% Non-chill filter and natural colour. FLAVOUR DESCRIPTION The colour of 9CT gold and exuding the scent of ripe corn. Top-notes of fresh fruit salad of apple, pear, peach, maraschino cherries, on a base of dry marzipan. Water is a must with this dram, but closes the other aromas somewhat clean and delicate; lacquer with a hint of tobacco smoke; spice and lemon peel replace the alcoholic prickle. A smooth mouth feel, and a sweet taste of boiled sweets and fruity chews, with considerable chilli spice and a surprisingly long finish for a Lowland! Stimulating. Sweet. Zesty. Spicy. Unusually peppery. Easy-to-drink.

FLAVOUR DESCRIPTION Immediately smoky and medicinal on the nose with hints of oregano, buttery fresh and sea-breezy, mellow but vibrant! At natural strength, the texture is lightly oily and the taste sweet, with some salt and an elegantly smoky finish. Water binds the tastes together, introducing antique savoury notes - absolutely wonderful! Complex and subtle. Persistent and lively smoky impact.

8 THE Tight Line We ve cast far and wide across legendary Scotch whisky territory in our search to bring you Speyside s finest: a simply breathtaking and unique expression of a classic: our single cask, Glenlivet The Tight Line is the result of over 220 years of heritage combined with 34 years of alchemy between whisky and wood. This unique combination has infused a sweet, subtle, floral complexity and long, warming finish of Bourbon-scented oak, worthy of prize status in this, and indeed any other, collection. Tasting Notes GLENLIVET YEAR-OLD SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY, SINGLE CASK SPEYSIDE BOTTLING DETAILS: Bottled at cask strength 41.8% Non-chill filter and natural colour. FLAVOUR DESCRIPTION The aroma is faintly floral, suggesting dried flowers, and lightly fruity, with hints of dried banana and dried apple. There is a suggestion of vanilla toffee and after a while a hint of pineapple. Unreduced, the taste is sweet throughout, with a long warming finish very pleasant! A drop of water, no more, opens it up, increasing the floral element and introducing a trace of orange peel, becoming more vigorous and adding extra spice to the finish, as well as a satisfying, perfumed aftertaste. Sophisticated and fragile like a Dowager Duchess!
