Our unique method of filtering and chilling regular tap water at counter or bar level provides a delicious alternative to bottled water; saving on storage and ultimately saving money. THEN COME THE BUBBLES Crysalli s patented Cold Carbonation method chills the filtered water to a perfect 36, creating a refreshing beverage allowing better absorption of the CO2 into the water. This results in a smaller and denser bubble profile which is great on the palate while retaining the carbonation in the water for a longer time. This is important when mixing syrups in sparkling water so the water doesn t go flat when it s added. It s also important for the simple idea of enjoying the sparkling water long after it has been poured. With precise water and CO2 pressure ranges, the bubble profile of the sparkling water can be modified to meet your usage needs. More bubbles (not bigger bubbles) enhance flavors in sodas and mixers; plus saves on unused water that could go flat in a bottle.

COUNTERTOP Our countertop units have a mirrored, stainless steel finish and rounded corners for a classic styling that will sit well in any setting. They are easy to use and durable for years of service in either full-service or self-service applications. Two valves (faucet handle or push button) are standard for Chilled Sparkling and Still water dispensing. A third valve for ambient

The Crysalli tower blends beautifully into your bar or serving area. Bartenders and servers will appreciate the easy access and extra counter space for bar set-ups. The towers are complemented with durable, flow-control-enabled stainless steel faucets and feature an easy-to-the-touch ergonomic handle. Our remote series provides still or sparkling water up to 40 feet from the chiller unit and it can run to multiple tower locations.
