2 Welcome to Burlock, a bar dedicated to the glory of RUM, with a list large enough to do justice to the NOBLE SPIRIT and a relaxed but adventurous atmosphere that lives up to all of rum s natural romance. Rum is the soul of our bar! As the gospel of rum continues to spread across the globe, we thought we d do something ambitious by putting together a drinks list that includes not only the best of the Caribbean but also the wider world. All of our rums are available neat, mixed or in daiquiri form. Please ask your server for recommendations as we will be more than happy to help you find the perfect rum for you.

OPIUM BELIZE XO Our friends at Opium Cocktail and Dim Sum Parlour in Chinatown loved this rum so much they bought a whole barrel of it. When we tasted it we knew we had to help them drink it! Aged in American Oak in Belize for six years before being finished in ex-pierre Ferrand Cognac casks for two years. 42% abv. 10
