3 HOUSE COCKTAILS Black Forest Negroni This bitter-sweet cocktail is a twist on the classic negroni using all German ingredients; Monkey 47 gin, Belsazar Red Vermouth and Mondino Amaro. Falkor Sour This frothy, sour and sweet concoction comes all the way from a magical land. In this delicious drink you have bourbon, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, strawberries and egg whites Pandora s Box Straight from the shores of Venezuela; a refreshing citrus cocktail that transports you straight to the beaches. Filled with rum, apricot, green Chartreuse, lime and mint, these flavours blend together to refresh and awaken your mouth buds. Peacemaker The one you truly want, a tantalizing sweet and smoky treat. Comprising of Mezcal, Aperol, lime juice and orgeat. This cocktail has a hidden kick that will leave you wanting more. Ultra-Violet If you re ever sitting in a milk bar trying to make up your rassoodocks, then this might just be the cocktail for you. With Belsazar Rosé vermouth, blackberries, lemon and cherry liqueur; this is better than any milk plus vellocet sold at Korova Milk Bar. Punch Drunk Just like the name, this cocktail has a hidden intensity to it. Made with gin, sweet white wine, orange, lemon, tiki & peach bitters. The complexity of the flavours blends together to give a delightful punch to your taste buds. The Kentucky The classic old-fashioned cocktail you all love, with a little added touch. DAIQUIRI MENU This section is comprised of seasonal cocktails, with Daiquiri s being the refreshing cocktail of choice. The two bellow are both different representations of delectable Daiquiri s. Hemingway Daiquiri Ernest Heminway s favourite cocktail made specifically for him as he was a diabetic. This is a refreshing twist on the Daiquiri with, Rum, Grapefruit, Lime and Maraschino. Strawberry With the great success of New Orleans frozen Daiquiri we have made our own Representation filled with Rum, Lime and Strawberries served over crushed ice.
