3 FINE SPIRITS WHISKY RARE SPIRITS The backbone and reason for existence of La Maison Du Whisky. Our pours are 45ml for a single and 15ml for flights. Rare spirits are served in a 20ml format. Doubles are available too. The following selection comprises a small selection of what we currently stock and should help as a starting guide. Every bottle in our back bar is carefully handpicked and our selection is constantly changing as most of our spirits are limited-edition. We encourage you to ask our team for help and recommendations. Water of life, distilled from various grain mash, malted or not. Grains used may include barley, corn, oats, rye or wheat. Yesteryear had only very few notable profiles. Today, the rise of distilleries from all over the world, means that whiskies have never enjoyed a more diverse flavour profile than today. India, Japan, Taiwan, Sweden and Australia amongst others have joined Scotland, Ireland, Japan and America to start producing this highly celebrated spirit.
