1 Welcome to ADK Traveling Bar The following pages should answer any questions on our services! 1

2 Thank you for choosing ADK Traveling Bar! My name is Annie, I am the owner/operator of the bar. I started this business after being hired at private events to bartend. When guests continuously asked me for business cards, I thought to myself why don t I have any? That s a good idea! And, well, here we are! My business is newbut my bartending experience is not. I have been behind the bar at more than 100 weddings along with other gigs around the area. My experience ranges from highvolume nightclub scenes to formal venues with an emphasis on top-quality customer service. I am so excited to officially introduce my new business to the Adirondacks and surrounding areas, and to become a part of the community s weddings, events, and other celebrations. From the start, I want my company to be known for professionalism, superb customer service, and creativity as we work with you to make our services special and unique to your event. We are open to anything and welcome new ideas! 2

3 Why Hire ADK Traveling Bar? We service all types of events: indoor, outdoor, weddings, parties, fancy, casual Our ADK Style provides Adirondack charm, that Rustic Luxe, that adds the perfect classic touch. Owner/operator, and most of our bartenders are born & raised in the ADK! We love to give you all the customizations you can think of, so let s get creative! We are open to any and all ideas! Our prices beat out any open bar you could have at an event (having the client purchase the alcohol keeps our fees low!). And- the alcohol provided is YOURS after the services end. We help to regulate the alcohol being served at your event while we are there. EVERYTHING (except alcohol) is supplied to you - this puts us ahead of other companies that supply ONLY bartending service - we have the best service PLUS the entire beverage zone covered (cups, ice, mixers, tools, etc)! Our bar is so beautiful- handcrafted and designed local with LED lights for the perfect ambiance. Liquor Liability insured and experienced. 3

4 Pricing Because each event is so unique, we do not publish pricing to the public. We price all events based on: 1. Service Type 2. Guest Count 3. Location 4. Length of Service We pride ourselves in fair pricing. Let s get started First, chose your Bar Package 1. Beer/Wine/Cider Service: INCLUDES: Cups, basic bar tools, display, and bartender(s). 2. Beer & Wine PLUS Signature Drink: INCLUDES: Cups, bar tools, ingredients for specialty cocktail, display, and bartender(s). 3. FULL Bar: INCLUDES: Cups, all bar tools imaginable, mixers (for cocktails only-see service agreement), fruit garnishes, display, and bartender(s) 4

5 Next, choose any additions: 1. ICE for FULL BAR SERVICE: $100 This is for venues that do not provide ice. 100 lbs. *you are still responsible for icing down kegs/coolers, please!* 2. WINE PASSING/CHAMPAGNE POUR FOR TOASTS: $150 Additional staff required. 3. BUSSER(S) FOR TABLES: $250/BUSSER Responsible for picking up empty glasses around the venue. 4. Wedding Party Server: $300 Caters to the Bride, Groom, and wedding party so they don t have to visit the bar. 5. BEER BOAT - $100 Canoe display in lieu of using a cooler for beer bottles. Great addition to ADK themes! 6. ADDITIONAL BAR- BEER/WINE STATION : $150/PER BAR 7. ADDITIONAL BAR SIG. DRINK STATION : $200/PER BAR 8. ADDITIONAL BAR FULL SECOND BAR : $300/PER BAR 5

6 The following page begins our Service Agreement. This serves as the following: 1. Our contract. 2. An outline to our services, what we provide, and what can be expected. 3. The signed and returned contract serves as our records for booking. Our booking process is the following: Read our Service Agreement in its entirety Sign, and fill out the information requested on pages 10 & 11. Return these pages AND the non-refundable $200 deposit. (this goes toward your total) Once this is received- the date is booked. The balance is due prior to the start of your event. Please note- we request payment prior to the day, or upon our arrival. Please arrange accordingly. We will be in touch prior to the event to discuss final details! 6

7 Bar Service Agreement ADK Traveling Bar The terms and conditions of ADK Traveling Bar service: 1. TERM: Client and ADK Traveling Bar agree that the services will start at indicated time and end at indicated time. Any extension of service time from times noted at bottom of agreement are subject to additional charges. a. Should the services continue longer than contracted time, and ADK Traveling Bar agrees, Client agrees to pay additional charge of $200/hr per hour. (Please note: with last minute extension of service time, it is possible that ADK Traveling Bar may run out of materials during extended hours). b. Should the event dismiss shorter than contracted time, there will be NO REFUNDS on contracted price of services. 2. LOCATION: The location of the event is known and recorded at bottom of agreement as discussed during booking process. Should the location change, ADK Traveling Bar must be notified in advance. Pricing may be affected by location of event. 3. GUEST COUNT: The pricing of services for the event are based partly on the number of guests. Should the number of guests increase from the original estimate, client is subject to an increase in service fees. 7

Cocktail Service: Same items as Beer/Wine/Cider Service PLUS: i Cocktail napkins and stirrer straws ii Mixer/Ingredients for signature drink iii Fruit garnish for signature drink c. Full Bar Service i Bartender(s) ii Cups (Double amount of cups as guest count in 9 oz., 12 oz., & 16 oz.) iii Necessary bar tools iv Various bar display/décor v Cocktail napkins and stirrer straws vi Three 12-Pack cans Cola vii Two 12-Pack cans Diet Cola viii Two 12-Pack cans Sprite/Sierra Mist/7-up ix Two 12-pack cans Ginger Ale x Ten 1-Liter bottles Tonic xi Ten 1-Liter bottles Club xii One bottle Sour Mix xiii Two 64-oz bottles Orange Juice xiv Three 64-oz bottles Cranberry Juice xv One 64-oz bottle Pineapple Juice xvi One 64-oz bottle Grapefruit xvii 24-pack water bottles xviii One dozen limes, sliced xix 6 lemons, sliced xx 4 oranges, sliced 8

9 5. OPERATING PROCEDURES: 1. Our services are for SOLELY BARTENDING purposes. We do not sell nor provide alcohol in any form. 2. ADK Traveling Bar will supply bartender(s) for the event (Annie is at most events, but has managers that replace her at some events), and materials involved with service selected. See page Bartender(s) are permitted to place tip jars on the bar at all times. 4. All alcohol products are to be purchased and provided by the client. We are not responsible for shortage of alcohol during event. We can help with suggestions on what to purchase, but there is no ability to pinpoint what and how much each event will consume or not. 5. Client is responsible for discussing with venue whether our services are permitted. 6. Client is responsible for obtaining any permits required for event. Please discuss this with your venue. 7. We ID any and all guests we feel the need to, and reserve the right to not serve anyone without ID. We are not responsible for under-age consumption; the nature of guests BYOB and obtaining alcohol prior and post our services leaves us incapable of controlling the alcohol in its entirety at the event. 8. We are not responsible for over-consumption. We regulate the bar as much as possible, but guests tend to bring their own alcohol on site and drink before and after we arrive/leave. We are incapable of regulating alcohol consumption beyond what is behind the bar during our service hours. We are not responsible for guests driving intoxicated and the consequences related. 9. We have a no-shot policy in our effort to regulate excess alcohol consumption. 10. We are not responsible for vendors drinking. Please discuss with them whether they are permitted at the bar or not and regulate accordingly. 11. We reserve the right to discontinue serving an individual for any reason. 12. We reserve the discretion to discontinue services at any given time if any violation of our Operating Procedures is observed. 13. Client is responsible for icing down kegs, beer bottles/cans, this including providing your own ice. 14. Client is responsible for obtaining all parts for operating a keg (tub for ice, tap system, chill plate or ice, etc). 15. All alcohol must be placed in area where bar set up will be. We are not responsible for moving of kegs other than very small adjustments behind the bar. 16. Client is responsible for garbage accrued during event. Along with recyclables. 17. No bookings are reserved until we receive signed contract and deposit. 18. It is suggested that you provide coolers/tubs of soft drinks/water for guests as we only bring enough mixers to cater to bar purposes. You are responsible for ice in these coolers. Due to the nature of the Traveling Bar, we can only bring so much with us. All materials supplied by ADK Traveling Bar are listed in the above section of contract. If you anticipate guests needing more than we supply, or anticipated hot weather would result in higher than normal consumption, please feel free to make additional accommodations. 9

11 Hold Harmless Agreement I,, am contracting ADK Traveling Bar to provide bartending services at the location of. I, the aforementioned, indemnify and hold A. Bennett Enterprise, operating as ADK Traveling Bar, harmless and shall indemnify the same for any costs or damages incurred by myself, my guests, or any other parties present on the property whatsoever their capacity, including reasonable attorney fees incurred due to any litigation arising under this hold harmless agreement and shall be responsible to make these repairs or replacements of any and all items, materials and/or items which are damaged during this event at the aforementioned. I, the aforementioned, give this indemnification and hold harmless agreement to ADK Traveling Bar in consideration for ADK Traveling Bar to provide bartending services wherein all beer, wine, liquor or other alcohol shall be furnished by myself, as the owner/lessee of the subject premises to my guests. I hereby understand and acknowledge that ADK Traveling bar shall not furnish beer, wine, liquor or other alcohol of any form to any guests, and that ADK Traveling Bar solely provides the service of preparing beverages for guests.
