William Wordsworth. Brewed with two English whole cone hops and natural coloured malt giving a chestnut red hue to the beer. Redbreast drinks with a full flavour and a warming glow Style: Spiced Christmas Ale ABV: 4.3% See: Dark Amber Smell: Fragrant dried fruits, cinnamon and cloves Taste: Mixed Christmas fruits Bitter: 2 Hark! Savour Snow Belle, rich, fruity Belle, Merrily she brings songs of good cheer, Christmas is here, Fragrant dried fruits, cinnamon and gruit, Ding, dong, ding, dong that is her song. Style: Bock Bier ABV:5.5% See: Pale Amber Smell: Biscuity malt; gentle herbal, spicy and fruity hops Taste: Full, rich & malty; light bitterness with floral & sweet citrus notes Bitter: 2.5 Sweet: 4 With a malt bill incorporating a proportion of Munich and Aromatic malts giving a firm flavour foundation reminiscent of shortbread, and a pale amber hue. late hopping with three more German hop varieties give floral, spicy & fruity notes. A final flourish follows with gentle dry hopping of Sardinian Bock during conditioning for an earthy, herbal finish.
