Strong citrus flavours, especially grapefruit. Long lasting bitter finish. Very refreshing and packed full of flavour. BOSUN'S Bermuda Triangle Blonde / Golden 4.1 Golden blonde ale using Chinook hops, it is well-rounded with soft lemon and peachy notes BOWMANS Wallops Wood Bitter 4 A light chestnut in colour which puts it into the 'brown beer' category. As far as flavour goes, it tends rather more towards the malt than the hops, though there is a pleasing hop taste right at the finish. The aroma is light and pleasant. BROWN COW Captain Oates Dark Mild Mild 4.5 A premium dark mild brewed with a complex mix of malts and oats giving a wonderful depth of flavour, well-balanced with undertones of coffee and chocolate and a full finish. Winner of countless awards BRYNCELYN Buddy Marvellous Mild 4 Aroma is caramel malts, mild crystal malts, some nutty notes as well as toasted and wooden notes. Flavour is caramel malts, some mild nuttiness and toasted notes. BUDE Devon Ruby IPA 4.5 A deep Ruby ale created from a fantastic match of the best pale and red malts, making an IPA with a difference. The heavy hopping blackcurrant and spices make this ale very unique. CELT EXPERIENCE Golden Age Blonde / Golden 4.2 A zesty body and citrus aroma with a snappy finish - drink to inspire you to an evening of passion! CORINIUM Corinium Gold Blonde / Golden 4.2 A quaffable fruity golden ale with a soft bitter finish CORINIUM Pliny the Elderflower Speciality 3.8 Hopped with citrus Citra, mild aromatic Magnum and an addition of dried elderflower. CORNISH CROWN St Michaels Bitter 4.1 Light Brown, mid amber in colour. Medium to strong bitterness. A blend of Pale and Crystal Malts. Pilgrim Bittering Hops with a strong hop finish from Summit and Goldings. COTLEIGH Peregrine Porter Porter 5 Old style porter brewed with the addition of flaked barley. Dark and bitter sweet with hints of nut and liqourice from roasted malt. A long creamy and mellow fullness on the finish. Brewed with Pale, Black, Brown and Crystal malt with whole wheat, Fuggles and Challenger hops. COTSWOLD LION Best in Show Bitter 4.2 A walk along an English hedgerow in Autumn. Plenty of blackberry fruit with a hint of honey COTSWOLD SPRING Ambler Bitter 3.8 Agreeably smooth session beer with a lovely long palate. A good malty start is complemented with a well rounded hoppy finish COTSWOLD SPRING Bard IPA 4.6 Quixotically (whatever this means?) crisp, dry and nutty, with a poetic fruitiness COTSWOLD SPRING Codger Bitter 4.2 A dry, crisp, beautifully balanced chestnut beer with a subtle hoppy finish COTSWOLD SPRING OSM Mild 3.9 Complex 7 grain mild. Initially dry with a bitter sweetness. Chocolatey notes and a long finish. Old Sodbury Mild is the Supreme Champion at the SIBA 2011 National Beer Competition COUNTRY LIFE Golden Pig Blonde / Golden 4.7 A gold coloured full bodied and smooth tasting premium ale. Maris Otter along with crystal and wheat malts are used in the mash, with challenger being the main hop gives this ale a very pleasing and distinctive taste. Voted North Devon's best ale! The nose is wood smoke, creamy chocolate, mocha and freshly ground coffee beans, plus a whisper of fragrant floral fruitiness. It s a luxurious velvety nose, which continues this lustrous feel to the palate. Think cold coffee topped with chocolate sprinkles alongside the creaminess of milk stout. The finish is dry and roasty with a hint of vanilla. MONTY'S Sunshine Blonde / Golden 4.2 A multi award winning golden, hoppy, floral ale.
