The red labelled Peroni offers a slightly darker colour with a more pronounced malty and less hoppy characteristic with a perfect balance of flavour between bitter and sweet.world Award Winning Gluten Free version. Gluten detectable <10ppm. PERONI RED 4.7% Peroni Red is Italy s number one beer! Unlike the more famous Peroni Nastro Azzurro, the red labelled Peroni Red offers a slightly darker colour with a more pronounced malty and hoppy characteristics. The Peroni brewery was established in 1846 in Vigevano, Lombardia. From then, Peroni has grown to become Italy s most recognised beer and furthermore, Peroni Red is the most widely consumed beer throughout the Italian Peninsula. MENABREA 4.8% The Birra Menabrea 1846 lager is brewed using light barley malts and maize, for a light, crisp lager style. A special, proprietary yeast strain, and a more significant amount of hops than is usual for a lager beer add to the aromatic complexity of the beer. This, combined with a fairly high alcohol level, makes for a very full and flavourful, yet still refreshing lager. Beer is all about the flavour and the bubbles and Menabrea has both in bucket loads. Malt, maize and hops are the base of this brew, turning it into a complex drink. It s super fragrant, with a hint of ginger blossom, orange peel and malty notes, then a deliciously refreshing dry hoppy bitterness on the finish. A very pure beer. 127

7 CRAFT SELECTION ISAAC 5% Wheat Ale The creamy head, the cloudy, apricot colour and the scent of yeast and citrus, which blend into spicy harmonies of coriander and peeled oranges, call you from the glass. Isaac is ialso ideal as an aperitif. Refreshing to the palate, it has a light body and is very easy to drink. NAZIONALE ALE 6.5% 100% Italian Lager The first 100% Italian Beer made with Italian ingredients. An intentionally simple beer, Italian water, barley malt, hops, yeast and 2 Italian spices (Bergamot and Coriander) which combine to create harmony and originality. A beer which suggests more or less daring combinations, but more importantly marks a turning point in the Italian production of craft beer. Nazionale is also excellent as an aperitif. SUPER BITTER 8% Amber Ale Super Bitter, it undoubtedly follows the current trend of bitter beers, but without taking it too far! Super Bitter has sure plenty of hoppy scents given by the generous use of a particular type of American Hop called Amarillo, but it remains true to its Baladin identity and strikes a perfect balance with notes of caramel, dried fruit (just a hint) and the bitterness of the hops. Inspired by our days hiking in the hills of the Capital region and getting a good dose of mother nature, Trail Pale Ale is fresh, juicy and sessionable. 12 #68 Hottest 100 Craft Beers 2017 EVIL EYE RED IPA 5.8% Can 375ml ROCK HOPPER IPA 6.1% Can 375ml A big & bold Red IPA named after an old tree stump tattooed with an evil eye, once located on Lake George just outside the Capital. With a forward hop profile, it is full bodied, has fruity notes, packed with flavour and aroma and has a balanced dry finish. We ve used fresh Batlow grown US Cascade hops for extra hop kick. ABV: 5.8% Hops: Columbus, Topaz, Pacifica, Southern Cross, Motueka, US Cascade. Big and juicy, this West Coast IPA was brewed to celebrate the journey to our favourite remote places. Packed with tropical hop flavours of mango, passionfruit & melon, balanced with a crisp & slightly dry finish to please the palate. A very lean beer, with the malt playing a minor role so the four American hops, Citra, Amarillo, Chinook and Centennial, are allowed to shine. ABV: 6.1% Hops: Citra, Amarillo, Chinook, Centennial.
