5 Spray Bottles Sprays are convenient, cost effective and user-friendly ways to use essential oils! These recipes can be sprayed into the air, used as a body mist and on most linens. Use only glass spray bottles (2oz for these recipes unless otherwise indicated). Add the oils to the bottle with a teaspoon of witch hazel (a natural preservative and emulsifier), and fill the rest with water. Shake well before each use! You can also use cling wrap but make sure the cloth is acting as a good barrier between your skin and the plastic because the oils will dissolve it. 5. Keep wrapped for 2 hours or overnight Repeat up to three times per week until you achieve desired results, then do weekly to maintain.
