The ingredients are an international affair & a perfect beginner s gin. Served with fresh lemon & tonic Bloom 9 this slightly sweet, uniquely contemporary gin is best enjoyed with strawberries to enhance the floral flavour profile. Hendrick s 10 rose petal, cucumber & elderflower infused gin (to name just a few of 17 botanicals!) served with a long slice of cucumber. We recommend it with elderflower cordial. SW4 9 named after its place of origin in Clapham, South London. Nutmeg & cinnamon meets almond & angelica, served with liquorice & tonic. Sipsmith Sloe 10 gorgeous redcurrant & stone-fruit almond smell, cassis comes through with soft cherry hints, ending with a velvety mouthfeel & balanced sweetness. This smooth gin goes best with an orange wheel & bitter lemon. Sipsmith 10 pure, complex & aromatic. Perfect served as a classic G&T.
