3 COCKTAILS Bounce proudly sits close to the 18th century home of gin production and our beautiful bar pays homage to the old Gin palaces. Our cocktails take some inspiration from our surroundings of Hatton Garden, The City of London and, of course, Wiff Waff, Table Tennis or, as we prefer, Ping Pong.
