El Muro Blanco Macabeo Spain Plenty of refreshing fruit flavours of vibrant peach and apple, lifted by some lovely acidity on the finish. Moon River Pinot Grigio Hungary Delicate peach and grapefruit characters combined with a ripe and zesty flavour and great minerality. Wandering Bear Chardonnay USA Full of pineapple, pear and apple flavours. This Chardonnay is big and bold with touches of lemon and delicious toasted almond flavours to finish. El Colectivo Dry Muscat Argentina This dry and refreshing white wine is intensely aromatic with subtle floral elements and notes of green apple. Monte Clavijo Rioja Blanco Spain Soft lemon and peach fruit on the nose and a crisply pressed palate with more citrus and peach notes and a subtle hint of fresh white flowers. Saam Mountain Paarl Chenin Blanc South Africa Rich tropical aromas of pear, guava and ripe yellow stone fruits jump out of the glass. The abundance of flavours carry through onto the well-structured palate. Jean Biecher Riesling This dry wine displays great structure, intense freshness, with a body that is racy and delicately fruity.

Tilia Chardonnay Mendoza Argentina Fresh, ripe citrus fruit with layers of floral notes and a touch of vanilla. Clean and crisp with a touch of grapefruit and sweet spice. Mamaku Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough New Zealand This classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc displays passion fruit aromas and ripe tropical fruit on the nose. The citrus, gooseberry flavours follow through with vibrant acidity and a clean finish. Banfi Pinot Grigio San Angelo Toscana Italy A round, lightly floral wine with a fullness and spice that brings lots of appeal. The fruit flavours are completely ripe, edging into the tropical. A2O Albarino Spain Ripe and aromatic, with overtones of peach, melon and honey, offset by crisp freshness that helps to balance the rich fruit flavours. A well-rounded wine with a long, mellow, honeyed finish.

Moon River Danube Pinot Noir Hungary Bright, red fruit, juicy cherries with a spicy finish. Wandering Bear Merlot USA Fruity and lush this wine is sumptuous and full with plum, cherry and vanilla. Finca Loroco Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva Chile Aromas of ripe plums and black cherries on the nose with just a touch of spice. Smooth and well-balanced, this wine offers soft blackberry and red fruit flavours. El Colectivo Shiraz Malbec Argentina This medium-bodied red wine blends together the spicy, black fruit flavours of Shiraz with the ripe plum, blackberry and toasty oak characters of Malbec. Rich fruit flavours and soft, sweet tannins. Saam Mountain Paarl Pinotage South Africa A deep purple Pinotage with a typical plumy and blackberry nose. The intensity of the fruit is carried onto the palate where it fills one s mouth with juicy tannins and ripe, dark fruit with hints of vanilla. The aftertaste is long, fruity and very elegant. Castillo Clavijo Rioja Crianza Spain Aged for 12 to 18 months in American and French oak casks, it shows bright red berry fruit balanced with vanilla and spice to add richness and body.

Domaine Roux Bourgogne Pinot Noir La Moutonniere The nose offers strawberry, cherry and blackcurrant fruit, later evolving into cooked prunes, peppery notes and mushroom. It is lively and structured in the mouth with a well-rounded and supple backbone. Gnarly Head Old Vine Zinfandel USA Classic blackberry and raspberry Zinfandel flavours plus a soft and supple mouth feel, with this big, bold wine. Liquorice, spice and toasty oak finishes this well balanced Zinfandel. Riva Leone Barbaresco DOCG Italy Elegant Nebbiolo nose showing lots of age complexity. The tannins are the backbone of the wine, allowing it to be the perfect companion to a variety of flavourful and strong dishes.

Harmonious and persistent with a dry and long lasting finish. Besserat de Bellefon Grande Tradition Brut A shimmering champagne with an abundance of tiny bubbles, fruity nose dominated by the presence of the Chardonnay grape. Full of finesse and elegance with mirabelle plum notes and bush peach. The initial impact is fresh and structured. The finish is long and powerful. Besserat de Bellefon Grande Tradition Brut Rose This pale pink champagne with salmon highlights offers a generous nose that is intense yet refined with strong hints of red berries, especially wild strawberries.
