1 Drinking The Square bar is well BIG, with a beautiful copper finish bar top, probably housing the largest range of drinks available in St Helier. There is a great selection of spirits, some are really interesting, quite rare & made for sipping and when they are gone they are gone but we will buy something else for you to try. The champagne & wine list runs to around 70 bins, with over 20 available by the glass, including some rather nice top end wines also available by the glass, so you can have different wines with different foods, or just try something new before you plump to buy the bottle.
