3 Breakfast Super Detox Green Juice Break your Fast with a fresh vegetable juice. This morning juice includes a potent blend of easily digestible alkaline minerals, such as potassium. Alkalizing your blood is important during the cleansing process because it keeps bad bacteria, yeast, and fungi in check, which helps keep cravings at up with some water. As an alternative, you 2 to 3 celery stalks, leaves removed 1 small cucumber 2 kale leaves 1 small lime peeled (alternatively use lemon) Optional: handful parsley, cilantro, romaine lettuce Wash all the ingredients and chop them so they can go through the juicer. Juice all the ingredients and sip slowly. For an extra health kick, stir in barley grass, wheatgrass, spirulina powder or 1 teaspoon unappetizing you can add half a pear to bring sweetness to your juice, however for a cleansing detox it is recommended to try and limit your fruit intake if possible. Super Simple Green Drink This is a highly alkalizing green drink, which water 1 tablespoon barley grass or wheatgrass powder 1 teaspoon spirulina powder Alternatively replace the grass powder and spirulina powder with 1 teaspoon Food serve. FM Detox TIP Before your daily shower, brush your skin from head to toe using small, quick circular movements. Brushing your skin for 5 minutes a day helps increase circulation and break down fatty deposits within your body.
