2 Distillates Whisky Castle Bridge It is a grain distillate obtained from a mixture of different cereals such as corn, wheat, malt, and barley. Whisky Castle Bridge has a peaty or smoky flavor, typical of Scottish whisky, thanks to the particular unique process used. Whisky Castle Bridge has a unique flavor and taste.the distillate is matured for 3 years in French oak barrels. It is recommended to be consumed unmixed or with ice. Alcohol (% Vol.): 40 / Capacity (Lit): 0.7 Aged Grape Rakia Riserva This product is obtained from the white grape variety of "shesh i bardhe". The product is distilled twice in the periodal distilerrs of our distillery. The final product passes through this processess: fermentation process, distillation process, stabilization process, maturation process. The resulting Raki is matured for 18 months in barrels made from Slavonian oak and Acacia wood to achieve an aromatic and persistent texture and a special golden colour. It is recommended to be consumed at room temperature. 3 Brandy Redon Brandy Redon is a traditional Albanian Spirit offered from our distillery. The variety of the white grape used in this special Spirit is Smederevka, produced in Serbia. The processes of fermentation and distillation are all made in the highest Italian technology used by Aquila Group. Brandy Redon is aged in French oak barrels for more than 12 months. Alcohol (% Vol.): 40 / Capacity (Lit): 0.5, 0.7, 1.5 Brandy Aquila Brandy Aquila is a product of the highest quality, produced in the company Aquila Liquori. The variety of grape used to produce Brandy Aquila is Smederevka grape, which is equivalent to the variety Trebbiano in Italy. The whole processes of fermentation, distillation and maturation are all made in our distillery. The product is kept in French oak barrels for 36 months in the distillery s warehouse. Alcohol (% Vol.): 40 / Capacity (Lit): 0.7 Dry Gin Typical Albanian Gin brought for the first time in the Albanian market by Aquila distillery. Dry Gin Aquila contains wheat alcohol with natural extractions of Juniper Berries, which comes from Balkan region and very pure water. 4 Grape Rakia Moskat This product is obtained from the variety of grape Muscat Hamburg. The production processes are accomplished with a modern Italian technology. Fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel containers at relatively low temperatures to preserve the fragrances obtained during fermentation process. The obtained distillate passes through the treatment process at low temperatures and a final filtering. The product is stabilised for 6 months in stainless steel containers. It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of 5-10 C. Alcohol (% Vol.): 45 / Capacity (Lit): 0.5 Grape Rakia "Shesh i Bardhë" Rakia with a soft and refined taste produced from white grape variety "shesh i bardhe". This variety of grape is an aromatic variety of Albanian region. Rakia is obtained in high technology distillers from our distillery. It is matured in French oak barrels for at least 12 months. It is recommended to be consumed at room temperature. Alcohol (% Vol.): 40 / Capacity (Lit): 0.5 Aged Grape Rakia "Shesh i Bardhe" This rakia is obtained from the white grape variety of "shesh i bardhe". The product is distilled twice in the periodical distillers of our distillery. After the processes of stabilization, rakia passes through unique oak barrels with a small capacity of 100 liters, produced from Balkan masters. The oak barrels are made from Slavonian oak and Acacia wood, which give the product an unique aroma and a gold colour. The rakia is matured in this barrels for 12 months. 5 Grape Rakia Perla This product is obtained from the variety of grape Muscat Canelli. The production processes are accomplished with a modern Italian technology. This product is limited edition, produced to celebrate the 100 years of independence of Albania. The product is distilled in periodical distillers typical of our distillery. The product is stabilised in stainless steel deposits for 1 year. It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of C. It has a unique taste and a very clear texture. When mixed with water or ice cubes it has an opalescence consistency. All the extracts are prepared with cure in our distillery. 7 Liqueurs and Creams Fernet Liburn Fernet Liburn is produced and patented from our Distillery. It is made from the finest medicinal herbs such as Gentian Lutea, Tibetan Rabarbaro, Aloe from Capo, Iris, Peppermint and etc. Alcoholic extractions are made from our experts in brand-new technology. It is made from a number of herbs and spices including myrrh, rhubarb, chamomile, cardamom, aloe, and especially saffron. Fernet base is from grape distilled spirits. 8 El Chicco Kafe This special liquor, which is patented and produced in our distillery, consists of the finest Columbian coffee. The alcoholic extraction of the coffee is made in special stainless steel extractors. It has high simulative effects due to high level of natural caffeine. Limoncino is obtained from maceration of the skin of lemon and other citrus skins in ethyl alcohol. Limoncino, produced by Aquila Liquori distilery, is characterized by a fresh scent of lemon skins and characteristic taste, thanks to special treatment of the process of deterpenization. 11 Wines Cabernet Sauvignon Wine High quality wine obtained by Cabernet Sauvignon grape in a strict and high technology process. The wine is kept for 3 years in French oak barrels with a capacity of 220 liters.it contains an alcoholic degree of 13.5%.It is recommended to be consumed at 180 Celcius. Alcohol (% Vol.): 13.5 Capacity (Lit): 0.75, 1.5 Cherry & Wine This liqueur is prepared and based on an old Anconetane (Italy) recipe. It is obtained by mixing alcoholic extraction of cherry with red wine and stabilized in wood barrels for more than 6 months. It contains 17.0% alcohol / vol. It is recommended to be consumed in summer, unmixed or with ice.
