For the next 4 months we will be on a quest to research and experiment, to find our new range of core beers that we will offer year round... and we want to know what you think of our craft. XP Golden Ale 4.5% abv, Tier 1 Classic British malts are more in the background while the body is balanced with mild floral aromas. XP Pilsner 5% abv, Tier 1 A delicious Bohemian Pilsner with light notes of honey and a crisp, wonderful balance of malt and bitterness brought out by our specially selected yeast from a world famous brewery in the Czech Republic. 2 experimental series XP Wheat Beer 5% abv, Tier 1 This traditional hazy wonder gives you wafts of banana and cloves while the yeast provides that light bodied bready goodness you ve come to expect from this classic Bavarian hefeweizen. XP New England IPA 5.25% abv, Tier 1 So cloudy it makes a hefe look clear. New World hops give this luscious beer a dank, syrupy bitterness that s followed up by a creamy, malty backbone. It s more than a craze, it s a hazy experience. XP Belgian Blonde 5.5% abv, Tier 1 A light-bodied, but still rich, mid-day refresher. Get a mild bite of spice, a soft hit of hops, then an estery tang on the tongue to balance out this unique take of a Belgian experience. XP Oatmeal Stout 5.5% abv, Tier 1 This variation of the original features more intense notes of fresh roasted coffee, chocolate, and caramel. Oats provide a silky smooth mouthfeel to round out the finish.

3 experimental series XP India Pale Ale 5.6% abv, Tier 1 This amber coloured beer presents a fruity, floral aroma, and a clean and balanced malt profile with a rounded bitterness across the palate. XP Belgian Dubbel 6% abv, Tier 1 We re no monks, but we did it anyways. This Trappist-style ale features a dark, sweet malt profile with notes of figs, dates, and other dried fruits.
