That is our Klubovňa 11 beer. Eleven degrees filled with our Klubovňa soul. Beer you cannot get anywhere else in the world, only in Klubovňa. And we are very glad that the dream was fulfilled and that we can now finally offer it to you. We have brewed it also with you! In order to find out what beer you want to drink in the Klubovňa, we made a big beer survey. We had prepared three samples based on the results. And then, we had continually improved, modified, tasted and brewed three more. These were tasted, compared, and the best was selected by experts from the world of beer together with you, our faithful customers and beer lovers. The result is Klubovňa 11 beer. IT PROTECTS YOU FROM HEART ATTACK It is proven that beer drinkers regularly have a 60 percent lower probability of suffering a heart attack compared to non-drinkers. 7 BEER EXPERIMENT Ridgeway foreign export stout 8% 0,5 l 5, 49 Ridgeway FES matures in the bottle like Port wine. At first, the roasted malt and hops provide the beer with morning coffee and fresh spice aroma. Later on come the tones of licorice, caramel and raisins, which is the result of the maturing process. The solid and malleable bitterness of the English hops is constantly present in the background of this change. This beer belongs to the so-called Foreign stouts that were originally produced for export into tropical regions. Oakham Green Devil IPA 6% 0,5 l 5, 49 IPA is a type of beer which is traditionally brewed as a stronger beer with a large proportion of hops. Green Devil is no exception and, on top of that, it offers beautiful tones of citrus and tropical fruits. This beer has a soft and fruity start with traces of passion fruit, pineapple and mango which develop into citrus tones, followed by bitterness with a pleasantly refreshing and dry after taste. Duvel 8,5% 0,33 l 4, 79 Strong Belgian ale. Duvel means devil - this name was coined when the first dose of the beer was brewed. The beer is made with Saaz hops (žatecký chmeľ) and Styrian hops (štajerský chmeľ), which give it a strong aroma. It is extremely fragrant; the aroma suggests orange zest, pear brandy, green apple and delicious stony bitterness. In spite of its high alcohol content, it is both refreshing and very drinkable. Kasteel rouge 8% 0,33 l 4, 79 Belgian beer matured with sweet cherries and additional cherry juice that has a unique dark red color. Kasteel Bruin beer, which matures for at least six months, creates the base. This beer reaches culinary qualities and can be served as an aperitif. Lindemans Framboise 2,5% 0,25 l 4, 19 Raspberry Lindemans beer is derived from the lambic beer of a rural Belgian brewery. It has the typical woody smell of real raspberries. Its taste is flowery at the beginning, but after a while it gets very sweet and will remind you of fruit juice. Framboise is very popular fruit beer which is comprehensive in its taste. Deus 11,5% or Champagne among beers 0,75 l 32, 89 Deus is original Belgian beer of top quality. It is creamy, sparkling, with a soft fruity aroma and malt finish. After this beer is brewed, it undergoes a process of double fermentation for more than a month. The fermentation provides the beer with higher alcohol content. Afterwards, it is transported to the region of Champagne in France where it is re-fermented. This process enriches the beer with its tender, unique bubbles. After bottling, the beer is stored for nine months in cellars with the fixed temperature of 12 Celsius. For one week afterwards, the beer bottles need to be turned regularly just like Champagne bottles. Yeast gathered in neck of the bottles is frozen and dislodged by natural pressure created in the bottle.
