6 WINES White wines 125ml 250ml Bottle 1 Finca Nova Airen 11% A refreshing white, with a delicate aroma of green apple, joined by subtle lemon and pear on the palate. 2 Five Foot Track Chardonnay 12.5% Australia Pale straw yellow with youthful green hues. A nose of citrus fruits and ripe apples, with underlying notes of vanilla. Crisp lemon and lime on the palate, served up with a rounded and buttery feel. 3 El Molturo Sauvignon Blanc 12% Pale in colour with aromas of white peach and fresh apples. Light, fresh and delighfully well balanced. 4 Malandrino Pinot Grigio 12% Light in colour, refreshing, and crisp and with aromas of limes, grapefruits and lemons making this well balanced wine very easy to drink. 5 Camino Real Rioja Blanco 12.5% An interesting and complex wine. Ripe fruit flavours with notes of date and banana results in a mouth filling finish and pleasant aftertaste. 6 Fathoms Suavignon Blanc 13.5% New Zealand This wine springs from the glass, offering plumes of gooseberry, mango, blackcurrant leaf and elderflower. 7 Sancerre Berthier 12.5% Loire, France Aromas of ripe rhubarb and gooseberry leap from the pale lemon coloured glass, along with hints of lime, chalk and flint. Mineral texture, high acidity, vibrant green fruits and a long, lingering finish. Smooth on the palate. 9 Five Foot Track Shiraz 13% Australia A medium weight red, with a pleasing balance between ripe fruit and savoury, earthy notes on the nose. The palate is succulent and mouth-filling, with lashings of red berry and brambles. 10 Tierra Rocosa Merlot 13% Chile Offers good concentration and depth of fruit, with a soft and plummy texture, and hints of vanilla. 11 Monte Lagares Rioja 13% Polished and fruity in style, with redcurrant and strawberry flavours. Overtones of subtle spice and vanilla. 12 Riscos Malbec 14% Chile Heavy, bold and brimming with stewed black fruits and hints of coffee. A powerful and opulent red. 13 Porta 6, Lisboa 13.5% Portugal Quintessentially Portuguese red, offering plenty of warm, jammy forest fruit flavours combined with heady aromas of violets and touches of spice. Supple, chewy tannins provide texture and length. 14 Marquez de Laia, Crianza 13.5% This deep cherry red wine is full of black fruit and liquorice notes, with hints of cocoa and toast from 12 months ageing in American oak barrels. Supple trannins and elegant on the palate. 15 Claro Reserva Pinot Noir 13.5% Chile A richly fruity Pinot Noir, full of ripe strawberry and redcurrant flavours, supported by subtle notes of dried mixed herbs and woodsmoke medium weight, with soft tannins.
