2 ABOUT US Under the trademark TOJE, the Czech company FRUJO, a.s., a member of Polak International a.s. holding, produces and supplies top-quality products for the professional food processing market, including products for bakers and confectioners, ice cream production, gastronomy, food service, and catering. Our transparent business policies are derived from the philosophies of adaptation and market demand. PREPARATION MIXES - COMPLETE Preparation: Blend 1 kg of the complete instant mix into litres of water. Allow the thoroughly-blended mix to stand for a minimum of 20 minutes. Stir the mix again and pour into the ice cream machine. MIXES FOR THE PREPARATION OF Preparation: Blend 1 kg of the complete instant mix with 2.25 litres of water. For cold processing, allow the finished, thoroughly-blended mix to stand for a minimum of 20 minutes. PASTES Preparation: depending on the type of product, add g of paste per 1 litre of basic mix. We guarantee the proper ratio of ingredients per specific product in accordance with applicable standards if the recommended dosage is observed. MIXES - BASIC Preparation: Blend the recommended amount of instant mix (20 40 g) with g of sugar and gradually add 1 litre of water or milk depending on the type of mix stirring constantly. For cold processing, allow the thoroughly-blended mixture to stand for a minimum of 20 minutes. Stir the mixture again and pour into the ice cream machine. Pasteurisation is necessary if preparing using heat processing. TECHNOLOGY Thanks to our manufacturing technologies, TOJE is able to supply its customers with: Ice cream mixes and ice cream pastes Dessert sauces toppings (without pieces or with pieces of various sizes) Syrups for slush ice drinks Bakery and pastry fillings Sweet and savoury powder mixes Convenience food (ready-made food to prepare savoury meals) MASCOT BASES Preparation: blend the recommended amount of the ice cream base (5 40 g) with 260 g of sugar and gradually add 1 litre of water or milk depending on the type base used stirring constantly. For cold processing, allow the thoroughly-blended mixture to stand for a minimum of 20 minutes. Stir the mixture again and pour into the ice cream machine. If preparing using heat processing, may be pasteurised. Since ice cream is a particular favourite with children, we have a great friend waiting for them. It is our polar bear mascot, whom children named Tojík last year. Tojík will lead you and your customers throughout the ice cream season, whether on TOJE promo visuals, on Facebook or websites, or at various events. QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY Our primary goal is customer satisfaction to fulfil all of their wishes and demands. We place strong emphasis on the quality inspection of our ingredients, as well as on thorough inspection of the final products. We follow HACCP and GMP principles in order to ensure the health and hygienic safety of our products. We can produce ogranic certified products and we meet the requirements of IFS Food. MARKETING SUPPORT The prerequisites for successful ice cream sales do not solely include delicious ice cream and an honest retailer, but also a strong brand. To support sales, we provide our customers with promotional materials with the TOJE logo and our mascot, depending on the purchased quantities. The perfect balance of ingredients in the base mix gives the ice cream unparalleled quality, exceptional flavour, and the perfect consistency. These mixes and bases are intended primarily for gelato ice cream, but can be used to prepare soft ice cream as well. High quality, preservative-free syrups for the preparation of slush ice drinks and coctails. Can also be used in schools to encourage children to drink the recommended daily amount of fluids. The dilution ratio for the preparation of slush ice drinks is 1 litre of syrup to 4 litres of water. The dilution ratio for the preparation of beverages is 1 litre of syrup to 8 litres of water.
