2 INTRODUCTION Congratulations on your purchase of our premium infuser water bottle, and welcome to the exciting world of healthy nutrition! The goal of this recipe book is to share with you quick, easy and nutritious ways of preparing fresh fruit infused water beverage's that will help support you and your family in living a healthier lifestyle. 3 1 Grape Orange This energizing beverage is great if you're going on a hike, or just before going to the gym. TIP: Leave orange peel intact for stronger infusion and flavour, so just chop and go! 1/2 Orange, cut in slices, and then quartered Organic grapes (depending on size) Divide your fruits for faster infusion. Remove the pointy ends of the orange, then it into 1/4 1/2 slices. The grapes should be halved, vertically Cutting the fruit should only take you a few minutes. If you have large or dull knife, I highly recommend the Wustoff Santoko Knife as It is absolutely AMAZING! Layer the oranges slices and grapes into the bottle s infusion chamber, then let the water infuse for 30 minutes to 1 hour room at temperature. You can infuse overnight in the fridge, but be sure to remove the fruit in the morning to achieve the best taste 1

4 2 Belly Blast Detox This is an amazing recipe that melts fat very quickly. The best part is, it only has three ingredients and is very easy and quick to make. 3 Basil leaves 3 Cucumber slices 1/4 Lemon 1 Ice cube (can be crushed) Add water to your preference Very simple recipe. Simply add the ingredients, and add water to your preference

5 3 Grapefruit Rosemary This is one of the most unique infused waters we ve ever tasted. It has a tangy grapefruit and herbal rosemary combine for a flavor-packed water, which helps to detoxify your liver and give you a boost of vitamin C. 1 Grapefruit 1 Sprig of fresh rosemary slices 1 Ice cube (can be crushed) Add water to your preference Cut the rind away from the grapefruit and cut the fruit into slices. Fill the infuser bottle with water, then lower the fruit into the water (instead of pouring water over the fruit). Use half of the grapefruit and half of the rosemary per container. Infuse for 2 hours at room temperature and up to 24 hours in your refrigerator Cut the ends off of the grapefruit, then use a sharp, small knife to cut away the rind If some of the rind stays on the fruit, that is okay. If you cut too much of the fruit off with the rind, simply squeeze the juice from the cut pieces into your water container Cut the grapefruit into horizontal slices. Cutting the grapefruit against the grain will allow for more juices to seep out

6 4 Grape Strawberry This is very fruity and very rich in flavour. This is a great drink for people who are new to infused waters. A longer infusion time (up to 24 hours) adds incredible flavour and gives the water a pink tint. 10 Small grapes (halved) - It s okay to use green grapes. Purple grapes are sweeter than green grapes, but both are fine to use 1/2 Organic lime (peeled and sliced) 1 Organic strawberry (sliced) Add water to your preference Cut the grapes in half so that they can release their flavor. Slice the strawberries into 1/4 slices Peel the lime rind off of the lime by cutting the ends of the lime off, then guiding your knife around the edge of the lime to remove the peel Cut the lime into slices, then cut those slices in half It s important to remove the lime peel for longer infusions because the peel will make your water very bitter. Don t worry, cutting away the peel is easy and you will get better every time. If you accidentally cut too much off, simply squeeze the juice into your pitcher so that nothing is wasted Next, stack your ingredients into the pitcher core

7 5 Watermelon Dreams Watermelon is 92% water and it is one of the highest water-content fruits and contains rehydration salts such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium that can actually hydrate you more effectively than water or sports drinks. 1 Small watermelon Add water to your preference Fill your water bottle with cold water, then lower the fruit infuser into the bottle. Pouring water directly onto the watermelon can cause it to break into pieces Watermelon is one of the few fruits you can enjoy after it has been infused. After drinking, you can snack on the infused watermelon to quench your thirst and replenish yourself with a few calories

8 6 Citrus Green Tea This amazing beverage will revive your metabolism with grapefruit and green tea. Maple syrup is optional and will adds about 25 calories to the recipe, but the sweet flavour will help balance out the acidity and make the drink more enjoyable. 1/4 Organic grapefruit 1/2 Organic lemon 1 Teaspoon grade A maple syrup 1 Bag of green tea Infuse for 2-3 hours at room temperature, then remove the tea bags Add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (the real stuff that is labelled Grade A, not grocery store brands that are mostly corn syrup) to the bottom of your pitcher Add a 1/2 cup of water and swirl until mixed. Use organic tea, if possible Cut your the ends off of the grapefruit, then cut off the rinds of each side You will inevitably cut off some of the juicy interior, but simply take those side pieces and squeeze the juice. Cut lemon into cubes. Stack everything tightly, and leave the water to infuse at room temperature for 2-3 hours, allowing it to brew

9 7 Orange Mint Water Oranges aid with healthy blood circulation, lemons help aid digestion, increases metabolism and even freshens up the breath! 3 Large oranges (sliced) 10 Mint leaves 1 Lemon 1 Gallon water Place mint and orange slices in a pitcher and add water Infuse for two hours in the refrigerator Pour over ice and serve garnished with an orange slice and a sprig of mint

10 8 Cumcumber Melon This is a great way and delicious way to cleanse your system. If you allow your fruit to infuse overnight, the flavors will be more infused and give a stronger flavor. This beverage has some great anti ageing properties and should be in every refrigerator! 1 Large cucumber (sliced) 1/4 Honeydew melon (cubed) 1/4 cantaloupe (cubed) 1-2 litres of water Place melon and cucumber in a glass pitcher and add water Allow to rest, refrigerated, for two hours serve over ice. Garnish with melon balls skewered on a swizzle stick

11 9 Watermelon Basil Quench your summer-day thirst with this drink. It is incredibly yummy and a great summer drink that everyone should have. 2 Cups of seedless watermelon (cubed) Basil leaves 1/4 cantaloupe (cubed) 1-2 litres of water Pour water over melon and basil Refrigerate for two hours and then serve over ice, garnished with a sprig of basil

12 10 Coriander Citrus Coriander seeds have a health-supporting reputation that is high on the list of the healing spices. It is also known as an "anti-diabetic" plant. In parts of India, it has traditionally been used for its anti-inflammatory properties. In the United States, coriander has recently been studied for its cholesterol-lowering effects. 1 Large lemon (sliced) 1 Large lime (sliced) 1 Large orange (sliced) 1/4 Cup cilantro leaves Pour water over citrus fruits and cilantro. Refrigerate for two hours Serve over ice and garnish with an orange slice and sprig of cilantro

13 11 Lemon Lavendar Lavender is very gut-friendly and has a ton of soothing properties. When combined with the digestion-promoting lemon, it will have a very calming effect on your upset tummy, especially after a heavy meal. It also has known to be an anti-depressant. 3 Large lemon (thickly sliced) 1/4 Cup fresh lavendar 1 Large orange (sliced) 1-2 Litres of water Pour water over the lemons and lavender Refrigerate for two hours and serve over ice, garnished with a sprig of lavender

14 12 Kiwi Blackberry Blackberries are low in fat and calories, and contain compounds that might protect you from certain health conditions. Choose brightly colored berries and eat them with kiwis within a day or so to reap as many of these benefits as possible. 1/4 Cup of fresh blackberries 1 Small kiwi (sliced) 1-2 Litres of water Add the fresh blackberries and kiwi slices to the bottom of the infuser basket Add sweetener if desired Refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor

15 13 Grape Pineapple The taste is sweet and hits the spot! The water is very refreshing, especially when you drink it cold. Also, this infused water recipe has wow factor and is a great beverage to serve at parties and picnics. 10 organic red grapes (halved) 1 pineapple spear (3-4 long) Infuse in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours. Longer infusion times will result in a stronger flavor Be sure to use organic grapes, and cutting them in half This will release a strong flavor and will really taste great!

16 14 Mango Mint The taste is sweet and hits the spot! The water is very refreshing, especially when you drink it cold. Also, this infused water recipe has wow factor and is a great beverage to serve at parties and picnics. 2 sprigs of fresh organic mint (or about 8 small leaves) 1/2 mango, with the skin cut off and divided into pieces (about 6) Add the mint and mango with the water and let the infusion sit for 3-4 hours at room temperature You can also refrigerate for 12 hours

17 15 Jalapeno Cucumber & Mint This herb and vegetable beverage is very healthy, and something different to the fruit infused drinks. The cucumbers help reduce bloating, whilst Jalapenos help increase your metabolism and internal temperature. 3 of cucumber (English or regular), sliced 1/2 jalapeño pepper, de-seeded 1 sprig of organic mint leaves To de-seed a jalapeño, cut off the pepper s top, then cut the pepper in half You can also refrigerate for 12 hours. The longer you infuse, the stronger the flavors will be

18 16 Strawberry Jalapeno This infused water heats you up from the inside! Jalapeno seeds turn up the heat, whilst the strawberries the water sweet. It s a very unique combination that is easy to tweak to your taste buds. 3 organic strawberries 1/4 to 1/2 of a jalapeno pepper Cut the tops off of the strawberries and slice them into two pieces Use a plastic glove or piece of plastic wrap over your thumb to de-seed the pepper Fill with cold water and infuse in your refrigerator for 3-12 hours

19 17 Apple Cinnamon This recipe is simple to make and requires a short infusion time. Cinnamon is also excellent for regulating blood sugar and improving alertness and concentration. 1/4 Gala (or red) organic apple (sliced thinly) 1 Cinnamon stick Cover the ingredients with cold water Put the mixture right into the fridge Fill with cold water and infuse in your refrigerator for 4-24 hours. The longer you infuse, the stronger and enjoyable the beverage will be. Enjoy!

20 18 Pineapple Mint These two flavors go very well together, and they combine to form a delicious drink that will quench your thirst like nothing else on a hot summer day! 2 pineapple spears (sliced, so it can easily fit in infuser basket) 1 sprig (6-8 leaves) of mint Infuse in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight

21 19 Raspberry Lime This is a very sweet tangy infusion of raspberries and lime! It s very easy to make and refreshing. If you leave this to sit in the refrigerator overnight, you simply will not believe how amazing this will taste raspberries (crushed) Small lime (with rind removed) To muddle the raspberries, simply crush them with your wood muddler until you see the juice escape. There will be some raspberry pieces in the water as a result of the muddling, so it s best to strain through mesh strainer before serving Cut the rind off of the lime for this recipe. Lime rind is quite bitter and can impart an undesirable taste

22 20 Lemon Infused Water This has to be the most easiest and one of the most effective beverage for weight loss, especially if consumed on an empty stomach! 1-2 organic lemons (sliced) Add ice cubes to your preference Add water to your preference If you appreciate a lot of tangy flavor, use a half of lemon. Otherwise, just use a couple of slices

23 21 Hibiscus Starfruit Orange Hibiscus can help you to lose weight and to lower bad cholesterol. A great beverage to have! 1 teaspoon loose hibiscus tea (or one bag) 1 Organic orange (sliced) 2 slices starfruit Combine the orange slices and tea in your pitcher s core, but leave the starfruit outside of the core Chill for 4 to 12 hours. The longer you infuse, the stronger the flavors will be!

24 22 Pineapple Thyme Very sweet with a hint of herbal that will definitely get your taste buds going! 2 Thick slices of pineapple 5 Springs Fresh thyme (torn) Rip the thyme leaves before infusing and strain them before serving Infuse for 24 hours

25 23 Blackberry Mint Very refreshing flavors and they are almost infused instantly! A great beverage for a hot day and for any occasion. 10 Blackberries (muddled) 10 Mint leaves (torn) Muddle the blackberries into a pulp Add mint Add water Infuse for about 15 minutes Add ice to preference Stir Enjoy!

26 24 Blackberry Lime Orange All fruits are delicious. but when you combine with each other well, their taste becomes even more enhance. These two amazing fruits are a prime example of this! 10 Blackberries (muddled) 3 Slices of organic lime 2 slices of organic orange Fill with purified water Let chill for 4-8 hours Enjoy!

27 25 Orange Blueberry Basil The fruits add a touch of sweetness and you can taste the basil on the aftertaste. Plus, the combination of colors is quite awesome! 1 Organic orange (sliced) 8 Blueberries 3 Basil leaves When you put in the blueberries, give them a small squeeze in your hand so that you break their skin a little as this allows juices to be released when adding the basil, tear the leaves in half to allow the essential oils to be released
