A chocolate and coffee start with a smooth mellow finish. The 3 hops we use all come from a local farm in Suckley, Worcestershire. This beer has notes of spice, marmalade and honey. 21. LEDBURY GOLD, 4.2%. Made using 2 local Herefordshire hops. It is a golden bitter with a malt and hop combination that ensures it is well balanced with a honey and fruit finish. 22. PHOENIX 4.5% Phoenix is a beer made with a hop called 'Phoenix' grown on a single farm on the Herefordshire/Worcestershire border. Phoenix is a light mocca porter style with the hops adding both molasses and chocolate notes. SPRINGHERNE CIDER 9. Medium Blended Cider. A whole juice cider made from locally sourced cider apples. 10. Perry. A single Varietal, made from pears from a local mature standard orchard planted in the early 1800s.

7 23. OLD PRICKLY, or Snuffly Hedge Grog. 4.2% We are delighted that Old Prickly has come out of hibernation and made an appearance at our festival. The hedgehog has long been the mascot for Ross and for every pint sold, Hobsons will donate 5p to the British Hedgehog Preservation Society. Old Prickly is a pale ale full of hop flavour and brewed with Columbus and Lukelski hops to give this beer a complex flavour of floral and citrus notes UPPER HOUSE FARM A mixed arable and livestock Farm. There are 8 acres of traditional variety cider orchards planted by Bulmers in the 1960s. Due to the number of varieties, they crop from early September to mid December, making them ideal for craft cider production. The apples are pressed on the farm and the cider fermented and matured in oak casks.

8 Role of Honour Please Note It has not been possible to provide a description of all the ciders and perrys due to availability and the nature of cider production. However, a full description of all ciders and perrys will be on the barrels at the bar. We hope this will not be an inconvenience.
