2 ABOUT US Our Origins GIVING LIFE TO BERRIES Hudisa is the fruitful labour of 19 major Berry production cooperatives in Huelva. Our company currently processes and sells strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and blueberry concentrate and purees which originate from within the province of Huelva (The largest producer of Berries in Europe). So Hudisa is Spain s leader in terms of the amount of processed Berries. OUR INDUSTRIAL DESIGN AND QUALITY TO COMMITMENT With a clear customer focus, our commitment in Hudisa is the processing of all our initial quality controls within less than 24 hours, thus ensuring the organoleptic quality of the raw material. 2

4 QUALITY GUARANTEE HUDISA s Facilities Hudisa in reality is over 6,000m2 within which there are two grinding lines, a concentration area and two lines for filling/packaging, one for purees and one for concentrates. It also has a frozen product line with which its products are developed. Food Safety Human Capital, accompanied by modern facilities and processing lines equipped with the latest technology allow us to achieve optimum levels of quality and can offer the customer a final product which meet food safety expectations. 4
