2 THE PROHIBITION LIST CHAMPAGNE Mary Pickford 7 Whilst on holiday with Douglass Fairbanks in Cuba, Pickford wanted a sweet rum cocktail. This sweet and punchy fusion of Havana 3 year old Rum, Grand Marnier, Grenadine and pineapple was the happy result. Blood and Sand 7. 5 This smooth combination of Chivas Regal 12 year old Whisky, Cherry Heering, Cocchi Torino and orange was created as a tribute to the great Rudolph Valentino to mark the premiere of the film of the same name. South Side 7.5 This potent mix of Beefeater, lime and mint found fame in the 1920 s as the favourite tipple of Al Capone and his notorious South Side Gang. Sidecar 7 This blend of Martell VS Cognac, Cointreau, and lemon has many claims on its origin, what we do know is that it was created around the time of the First World War and gained popularity at parties during the prohibition era. G.H.Mumm Cordon Rouge 8/ 52 Buttered toast with hints of hazelnut and slight lemon citrus. G.H.Mumm Rose 65 Dry style rose, bold strawberries with hints of caramel and vanilla. Perrier Jouet Grand Brut 55 Lightly juicy with a lively, frothy bead. Mixes white cherry, ripe apricot, pickled ginger and mineral notes with a fresh, spiced finish. Perrier Jouet Blason Rose 85 Ripe red fruit such as raspberry and wild strawberry, revealing hints of violet and rose petal. Full, textured and rich, with a surprising light and fresh finish. Belle Époque Notes of brioche and white peaches are fresh, open, well balanced and complex with an elegant lingering finish.

Accomplice Shiraz 24 Full of vibrant red fruits balanced with spice and sweet oak. Septima Malbec 25 Rich and ripe, full of smoky raspberry and blackcurrant with touches of vanilla. FITZGERALD CLASSICS Fitzgerald Mint Julep 7 Buffalo Trace is stirred through crushed ice with fresh mint, sugar and St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur. French Martinilla 7 A sweet blend of Cariel Vanilla Vodka and Chambord is shaken up with pineapple juice and dusted with our sweet berry tea leaves. Coffee Cocktail No.2 7 Havana Especiale Rum is shaken up with a shot of espresso and Araku Coffee Liqueur, served straight up with coffee beans. Lemon Meringue Pie 7 A delicious tart lemon martini, Absolut Citroen and Luxardo Limoncello are shaken up and topped with sweet, toasted meringue foam.
