Let us know if you like it dirty. sidecar A simple yet wonderful combination of Cointreau, Hennessy VS and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Served in a sugar rimmed glass. boulevardier A new twist on an Italian classic. Gin is replaced by bourbon, taking the cocktail to a new level. The bittersweet interplay between Campari and vermouth remains, but where the Negroni cocktail is crisp and lean; the Boulevardier is rich and intriguing. A simple substitution but a stunning result. LADY of Mayfair This recipe has been adapted from the original 1934 luxurious cocktail created at Harry's Bar, Venice. Ketel One, elderflower syrup, lychee purée and lemon juice, topped with champagne. HANA BARA Tanqueray 10 gin blended with eldelflower and a lick of Rose, topped with Moët & Chandon Champagne. Octagon Fizz A mix of light and crisp Honjozo sake with a subtle citrus fragrance works in unison with blackberry liqueur, a hand of fresh mint and a touch of cinnamon syrup, finished with champagne. Past Tense They say that time heals all wounds, but who needs time when you ve got gin? This cocktail brings together basil, fresh lime, lychee, grapefruit, black pepper and Tanqueray gin to create an unforgettable taste. Shirame sour Japanese twist on a classic. Yamazaki DR shaken with plum infused Sake, sugar syrup and lemon juice. Complex drink with gentle Sake flavours. Kanpai! Wasabi Martini This drink packs oriental heat. Ketel One vodka shaken with Wasabi paste, lemon juice and sugar. Served straight up with seaweed and fresh cucumber. QUEEN OF HELl Fresh apple crushed with chilli syrup and shaken with Bacardi Oro, Apple Schnapps and lime juice. Served in a chilled martini glass. 23 octagon DINING ROOM Taking its name from the shape of its floor plan, the Octagon Dining Room is a magical jewelbox of a room. Like the decor, the menu offers an elegant fusion of flavours, drawing its Influences from across Asia. Diners can enjoy a selection of Japanese style Sushi, soups and salads or delicious dishes from the main menu which features more elaborate Far Eastern treats such as baked Black Cod in Miso-Mirin Marinade. The Octagon Dining Room s cocktail list continues the Asian theme fusing with Home House elegance by featuring flavoursome creations such as Shirame Sour a blend of Yamazaki Distillery Reserve whisky and plum infused Sake.
