1 Dear Concessionaires, As the primary contacts with Coca-Cola Refreshments to the Canadian National Exhibition, we would like to welcome back those of you returning and any newcomers. We know that you are as excited as we are about the upcoming 2015 CNE! Please read this document carefully. It will provide you with all you need to know regarding our total beverage solutions for the 2015 CNE. On-Site Contact Ivan Markovic is your direct point of contact from Coca-Cola Refreshments. He can be reached at: Phone: Equipment Please complete the attached equipment order form and it back to Ivan Markovic no later than July 31 st, In order to ensure timely delivery of all coolers, requests for coolers after July 31 st will not be accepted. Once again this year, we are more than happy to provide coolers for our beverages, but can not provide equipment for food storage. Coca-Cola coolers are rated only for beverage storage. Per CNE regulations, all food items must be stored in food rated fridges. Please note models/sizes are general guidelines and may vary by year and subject to availability. Coolers should be in place before building booths to cooler size. CO2 CO2 product will not be supplied by Sodexo. It is your responsibility to source all CO2 requirements. If you require CO2 to start up your equipment it must be on site before our service technicians can complete any work on the equipment. Coca-Cola Products As in past years, we will set the coolers to our corporate standards prior to the start of the CNE. Again this year, you will notice that we have focused on high consumer demand bottled products such as 500mL Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Diet Coke and Sprite, along with Dasani bottled water, Minute Maid juices, vitaminwater and Nestea. Point of Sale (POS) Signs POS signs are important in the marketing of your business and we can help! Please order your POS signs using the enclosed order form and it to Ivan Markovic.
