Strong in roasted malt with a moderate hoppy bitterness and slight fruity character that lasts through to the end. Abbeydale Brewery (Yorkshire) 10 X 9gl Absolution Mid-straw coloured beer with aromas of tropical fruit and mangoes. The beer is sweet all the way through, balanced by some bitterness at the finish. Flavours are fruity with toffee apples and bananas. A clean tasting beer, sweetish but not cloying. Characteristic hop aromas come from British hops, but this is not too floral. A hint of lychee as it goes down. Very drinkable. 8 X 9gl Daily Bread A classic copper coloured English bitter. Well-balanced, copper coloured beer with malty flavours and a smooth bitter finish. Subtle hop characteristics from traditional Fuggles hops. 4X 9gl Moonshine A beautifully balanced pale straw-coloured premium bitter. Distinctive floral aroma, leading to a predominantly citrus taste, with grapefruit and lemons to the fore. A quenching bitter finish 5 X 9gl Alchemy A full-flavoured pale and hoppy beer. 2 Theakston Brewery (Yorkshire) 3 x 9gl Theakston s Best Bitter The definitive English Bitter. This fine golden-coloured beer has a full flavour that lingers pleasantly on the palate. With good bitter sweet balance, this beer has a subtle hop character described as citrus and spicy. It s a refreshing and very satisfying pint noted for the aroma of its Fuggle hops and the dry hopping of Bramling Cross to add to its characteristic Theakston aroma. Truly distinctive.hpa is a truly delightful pale ale. It s smooth on the palate, and boasts a citrus hop aroma leading to a balanced bitter finish. Locally grown Target and Celeia hops play an important part in making such a distinctive beer. With Maris Otter pale malt and malted wheat also being used, this is very much a pale ale with all the right ingredients. 8 X 9gl Butty Bach A burnished gold, full-bodied, premium ale. Butty Bach is Welsh term meaning little friend. This smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time including the judges at The Great Welsh Beer Festival, where it has been crowned Beer of the Festival on three occasions! Butty Bach is brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. With such fine ingredients, no wonder it remains a firm favourite among our followers. 1 X 9gl Wye Valley Bitter A mouth-watering chestnut coloured ale, with a full malty flavour and a clean bitter finish. A cornerstone of our range of real ales, this chestnut-coloured wonder is a mouth-watering example of a cask-conditioned bitter. Brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts together with locally grown Target and Goldings hops, Wye Valley Bitter has a delicate hoppy aroma leading on to a full malty flavour and ending in a crisp, clean bitter finish. 3.7%

Wonderfully hoppy with an intense floral aroma and well-balanced bitterness. 5.2% Salopian Brewery (Shropshire) 4 x 9gl Hop Twister The palate is fresh, piercing and focused, with soft malt overtones and pronounced citrus flavours. A strong focus of taut, lemony, grapefruit on the finish which is balanced by a dry bitterness. 11 x 9gl Oracle The intention of the hop character is to be pronounced but not all encompassing, dry but not overtly bitter and a tiny hint of sweetness to add body. 7 x 9gl Shropshire Gold Aroma of floral hops and caramel. Flavour of strong malts, floral hops, citrus and some pine notes. Medium bodied, slick mouth feel and a bitter, slightly fruity finish. 4 x 9gl Lemon Dream A wheat beer very much in the modern English style - served bright and top fermented. The recipe uses a small amount of fresh lemon to compliment the citrusy flavours produced by the wheat malt. Each of the Hops used, Goldings, Saaz and Cascade add fresh lemony flavours to the brew. 4 x 9gl Golden Thread Aroma of pine, pineapple, yeast and caramel. Similar flavours 5% with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Balanced 5.2% hoppiness with a gentle aftertaste. 3 X 9gl Wild Swan Wild Swan is white gold in colour with aromas of light bitter lemon, a hint of herbs and a subtle spiciness. A great refreshing beer. 3 X 9gl Lord Marples Pours darkish amber with a slightly off white head. Aroma has a hint of sticky toffee and a little orange. Medium body, mild carbonation.
