HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS Use them on cotton balls, in diffusers, humidifiers, in the bath, massage blends, shampoos, lotions, conditioners, shower and bath gels, creams, potpourri's and much much more. SPRAY AIR FRESHNER Marjoram 25 drops Sage 25 drops Spearmint 25 drops Clove 25 drops Patchouli 20 drops 4 ounces distilled water Mix all oils and add to the distilled water - shake well and use in sprayer. Shake well before using. FOR YOUR BATH - REFRESHING BATH OIL. 2 drops Pine 2 drops Geranium 2 drops Spearmint 1 drops Juniper 1 drops Lemon 1 teaspoon carrier oil Mix well and add to a tub of very warm water and ENJOY!!. ADVICE AND HOW TO S Always use common sense when using essential oils. More is not always better and especially when using essential oils, less is often best! You can always add more as needed. Advice for car diffusers: Use no longer than 20 minutes at a time and only use 1 or at very most 2 drops of any oil, especially peppermint. Car interiors are small and a little essential oil goes a long way! Remember: Don t leave lit candles unattended while using your diffusers and check the liquid (water and essential oils level) often. You don t want to let your ceramic diffuser bowl burn dry - it can break too easily. Also before adding more water or essential oils - let it cool down. Adding cool liquid to a hot ceramic diffuser could cause it to break or crack. To Clean your Ceramic Diffusers: Soak them in hot soapy water, then rinse with more hot water, rinse with denatured alcohol (or a cheap vodka) and let air dry. Allow to sit for one day. Sprinkle over carpeting. Leave for minutes and then vacuum.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR GLASSWARE To clean your glassware once it s been used for aromatherapy. First wash in HOT soapy water. You may need to let it soak for several minutes. Next rinse, rinse, rinse with more hot water. When you are sure you can no longer smell the essential oil(s) that were in the bottle, rinse with denatured alcohol or other high proof alcohol such as a Vodka. (Rubbing alcohol should not be used as it will leave a residue.) Let them air dry. Make sure they are thoroughly dry before adding your essential oils to the bottles.
