10 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION GUARANTEES: Guarantee number of guests per function are due no less than three business days prior to event start date, otherwise, default contracted group number of attendees will become the guarantee. Counts possibly can go up, but within 72 business hours, guarantee counts can not go down. Event menu selections and room set up are due two weeks prior to event start date. PAYMENT: All events must be guaranteed with either deposit or completing the approved credit card authorization form with a valid credit card. Your event is considered confirmed with the signed agreement and form of payment established. Final charges may be settled via credit card, company check (10 days prior), or cash in advance. SERVICE CHARGE AND TAX: All food and beverage services and prices are subject to 20% service charge and 6% state taxation CANCELLATION: cancellation of the confirmed function with in 30 days prior to the function start date will incur cancellation fees respective to the contract specified terms and/ or 100% of the signed event order value. Written notification must be received by the hotel and fees are due at the time of cancellation.
