DARJEELING Its broken leaves gives a strong cup to which milk can be added OOLONG TEA A semi-fermented tea with large, crumpled leaves. The liquor is amber and clean with a delicious chestnut aroma. Ideal as an evening drink. LAPSANG SOUCHONG Its pungent smoky flavor has become a classic, one which makes a great accompaniment to savory dishes.
