But here s the real question: you re taking in all of those calories in your favorite coffeehouse drinks but what is that drink giving you back? More likely than not, some fairly empty calories. Sure, milk has some protein and good carbs, but what if there was a way to have a coffeehouse-style drink that gives you protein and nutrient-packed calories. But wait there is! That s where it all CLICKs! This recipe booklet developed by food blogger and writer Nikki Massie of Bariatric Foodie will not only give you inspiration to try CLICK, but 50 quick and easy ways to prepare delicious hot, cold and blended drinks as well as breakfast and dessert! And that was the aim of CLICK co-founders (and married couple) Greg and Beth Smith. They noticed a problem in living a healthy lifestyle. For many people, time is of the essence. They also noticed far too many people were relying on sugar-laden energy drinks and coffeehouse concoctions to get boosts of energy throughout the day. So they asked themselves: what if there was a great-tasting and nutrient-packed coffee protein drink instead. And CLICK Espresso Protein Drink was born! 4 Why Bariatric Foodie loves CLICK I ve been a CLICK drinker since about a year post-op from Gastric Bypass Surgery (2008). I admit I was skeptical before trying it. I d been cleared to consume some caffeine but wasn t sure if coffee protein would even taste that good. To say I was in for a surprise is the understatement of a lifetime. So why do I love CLICK? A few reasons: I ve tasted many coffee drinks but the flavor of CLICK is unique. The espresso used to make it gives a rich, decadent flavor that compliments most any additional flavor I add to it. It s coffee with protein! Granted, as a post-weight loss surgery patient, I have to pay special attention to the type of protein I consume. CLICK uses casein protein, which is very absorbable to most people. To ensure I get a protein-punch out of my blended coffee drinks, I often mix a half-serving of CLICK with a serving of whey protein. (NOTE: That makes my CLICK stash last longer!) One serving of CLICK = 2 scoops. 1 Basic Mocha CLICK Frappe 8 oz. milk (any kind is fine!), ½ or 1 serving Mocha CLICK Espresso Protein (decaf or regular), 1 serving chocolate whey or soy protein (of your choice), Ice. Combine milk, CLICK and additional protein in a blender for about 1-2 minutes. Consistency will be thick and smooth. A bubble should come to the surface. Add ice and blend again. Enjoy! 2 Basic Vanilla CLICK Frappe 8 oz. milk (any kind is fine!), ½ or 1 serving Vanilla CLICK Espresso Protein, 1 serving vanilla whey or soy protein (of your choice), Ice. Combine all in a blender and blend until smooth. 5 Strawberry CLICK Frappe Use Basic Vanilla CLICK Frappe recipe (#2) and substitute strawberry whey or soy protein for the vanilla. 6 Strawberry-Banana CLICK Smoothie 6 oz. plain or low-sugar vanilla yogurt, 3-4 hulled strawberries, 1 tbsp. sugar-free banana cream pudding mix, ice. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 7 CLICK-cream 8 oz. milk (any kind), 1 serving CLICK Espresso Protein Drink (any flavor), any additional sugar-free syrups or healthy mix-ins (nuts, granola, etc.) you like. Combine milk, CLICK and syrup (if using) in a blender and blend 1-2 minutes until smooth. Add to an ice cream maker and prepare according to machine instructions. After ice cream starts to set, add the mix-ins and continue mixing for 2-3 minutes.

Torani sugar-free Salted Caramel 1/8 tsp. finely ground salt. 10 Mint-Mocha CLICK Frappe Use Basic Mocha CLICK Frappe recipe (#1) and add either 2 tbsp. Torani sugar-free Peppermint flavored syrup OR 1/8 tsp. peppermint extract. 11 Dulce de Leche CLICK Frappe Use Basic Vanilla CLICK Frappe recipe (#2) and add 2 tbsp. Torani sugar-free Dulce de Leche syrup. 12 Pralines n Cream CLICK Frappe Use Basic Vanilla CLICK Frappe recipe (#2) and add 2 tbsp. Torani sugar-free Pralines syrup. 13 Cookies n CLICK Frappe 8 oz. milk (any kind), 1 serving Vanilla CLICK Espresso Protein Drink, ½ Quest Cookies n Crème protein bar chopped, ice. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (and purple!).

Combine oats, CLICK and milk in a bowl until all powder is absorbed. Add water and microwave in 30 second increments until desired consistency is achieved. Sweeten to taste. 19 Basic Vanilla CLICK-meal ½ c. quick oats, 1 serving Vanilla CLICK Espresso Protein Drink, ½ c. milk (any kind), ½ c. water, no-calorie sweetener to taste. Torani sugar-free Caramel flavored syrup. 23 Basic CLICK-cocoa 1 serving Mocha CLICK Espresso Protein, 1 packet diet cocoa mix, 4 oz. milk (any kind), 8 oz. hot water. In a mug, combine CLICK and cocoa mix thoroughly before adding milk and stirring into a smooth paste. Slowly add hot water, stirring throughout. If mixture is not hot enough, microwave in 10 second increments. 24 Hazelnut-Mocha CLICK-cocoa Use Basic CLICK-cocoa recipe (#23) and add 1-2 tbsp. Torani sugar-free Hazelnut flavored syrup or 1/8 tsp. hazelnut extract. 25 Chocolate-Cinnamon CLICK-cocoa Use Basic CLICK-cocoa recipe and add ¼ tsp. cinnamon. 26 CLICK Green Tea Frozen Drink 1 serving Vanilla Latte CLICK Espresso Protein Drink, 1 tsp. Matcha green tea powder (or similar), 8 oz. almond or coconut milk (like Almond Breeze), ice. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

8 27 Basic Mocha CLICK-Pop 1 serving Chocolate CLICK Espresso Protein Drink, ½ a box (1.5 oz.) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix 8 oz. milk (any kind). Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least three hours. 28 Mocha Brownie CLICK-Pop Use Basic Mocha CLICK-pop recipe (#27) and add ½ a Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar, chopped, to mixture before freezing. 29 Basic Vanilla CLICK-Pop ½ pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, 1 serving Vanilla CLICK Espresso Protein Drink, 1 c. milk, sweetener, to taste. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 3 hours. 30 Irish Cream CLICK-Pop Use Basic Vanilla CLICK-pop recipe (#29) and add 2 tbsp. Torani sugar-free Irish Cream flavored syrup. 31 Caramel Apple CLICK-Pop 1 serving Caramel CLICK Espresso Protein Drink, 1 packet sugar-free apple cider mix, 1 c. milk (any kind). Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 3 hours. 32 Basic CLICK Protein Iced Coffee Combine 1 serving of CLICK (flavor of your choice) with either water or cold coffee (if you want a double boost!) and shake vigorously in a shaker bottle. If desired, add 2 tbsp. sugar-free Torani syrup flavor of your choice. 33 Basic CLICK-y Pudding 2 servings CLICK Espresso Protein (any flavor), 1.5 oz. box sugar-free pudding mix (any flavor), 2.5 c. cow s milk. Whisk together CLICK and pudding mix in a large bowl. Add milk and beat with a hand blender until smooth. Mixture will become very thick. 34 Chocolate-Caramel-Cookie CLICK-y Pudding Use Basic CLICK-y Pudding recipe (#33) using Caramel CLICK Espresso Protein, sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix and 2 tbsp. Torani sugar-free Cookie Dough flavored syrup. 35 Chocolate-Peanut Butter CLICK-y Pudding Use Basic CLICK-y Pudding recipe (#33) using Mocha CLICK Espresso Protein, sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix and adding ¼ c. powdered peanuts (Chike PB or PB2). 36 CLICK Me S More Pudding Use Basic CLICK-y Pudding recipe (#33) using Mocha CLICK Espresso Protein, sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix and adding 3-4 tbsp. Torani sugar-free S Mores flavored syrup. 37 Butterscotch CLICK-y Pudding Use Basic CLICK-y Pudding recipe (#33) using Caramel CLICK Espresso Protein, and sugar-free butterscotch instant pudding mix.

9 38 Pistachio CLICK-y Pudding Use Basic CLICK-y Pudding recipe (#33) using Vanilla CLICK Espresso Protein and sugar-free pistachio instant pudding mix. 39 Caramel CLICK-y Pudding Use Basic CLICK-y Pudding recipe (#33) with Caramel CLICK Espresso Protein and sugar-free caramel instant pudding mix. 40 Banana CLICK-y Pudding Use Basic CLICK-y Pudding recipe (#33) with Vanilla CLICK Espresso Protein and sugar-free banana instant pudding mix. 41 Peanut Caramel Click-Y Pudding Use Basic CLICK-y Pudding recipe (#33) with Caramel CLICK Espresso Protein, sugar-free caramel instant pudding mix and add ¼ c. powdered peanuts (Chike PB or PB2). 42 Bananas Foster CLICK Hot Mug 1 serving Vanilla Latte CLICK Espresso Protein, 1 tbsp. sugar-free banana pudding mix, 2 tbsp.
