The garden was built a few hundred years ago for the chief of the Tu Tribe and it has been the center of the tribe s politics, military, culture and tradition. It is now a museum that presents the tribe s unique architecture, carvings, arts and crafts, and culture and traditions. Within the garden, the Nine-layer Diaojiaolou which is a suspended building stands out in full glory. It was recorded in the Guiness World Records. Bob

Unsweetened coconut is often labeled "desiccated" or "pulverized," and is often sold in health-food stores. excerpted from myrecipes.com INGREDIENTS 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 4 cookie sheets) 6 tablespoons fat-free sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon grated Key lime rind 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh Key lime juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, divided 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar Servings: 12 (2 balls) Calories per serving: 121 DIRECTIONS 1. Combine crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, rind, juice, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Add 2/3 cup coconut, and beat with a mixer at medium speed for 1 minute or until no longer grainy. Add sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, beating until well combined. Cover and chill 20 minutes. 2. Shape crumb mixture into 24 balls, about 1 teaspoon each. Place remaining 1/3 cup coconut in a shallow bowl; roll balls in coconut. Note: Refrigerate balls in an airtight container for up to one day.

All Plant Carriers require 24 hours advance notice for pick-up of any orders. We cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same week of your telephone call if we cannot give the Plant Carriers the advance notice that they require. NEW Change Order Fee: $20.00 To all customers who have shipments palletized and use any trucking company to deliver their product. ISSUE: Once an order is created, the products are assembled, palletized and shrink-wrapped, and shipping is fi nalized, customers are requesting changes to their order. STATEMENT: AAA Imports will always endeavor to fulfi ll your orders in a prompt and courteous manner. Once an order is fi nalized (products palletized & wrapped, shipping arranged), there will be a Change Order Fee of $20.00 to accomodate your additional add-ons. REASON: Changing an order that has been completed is a tedious task. The job is very, very time consuming and entails great attention to details. All new products must be incorporated into the new pallet structure, then wrapped and weighed. Sales reps must cancel previous arrangements and schedule afresh. Truckers must recalculate their total load to accomodate our changes. It's a lot of time! REMEDY: Warehouse will breakdown the pallet and rearrange the stacking to accomodate the add-ons. Pallets will be rewrapped and weight/measured. Shipping will be recalculated and amended shipping arranged.
