3 The Company Founded in 1963 with their first store in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood, has grown to more than 900 stores in nearly 30 countries, many of which are franchises.

4 The Goal Establish a social presence for all locations Recognizing the local opportunity, wanted to establish - and gain control over - the social presence of its locations, starting with Facebook and Foursquare to further engage with customers.

5 The Solution 1. Local page set-up on Facebook and Foursquare Through Search and Discovery, MomentFeed registered all the local Facebook pages and Foursquare venues with corrected lat/longs, proper branding and accurate contact details. MomentFeed also set up parentchild to connect the local Facebook pages with the corporate brand page.

Efficient and relevant publishing to local pages MomentFeed s Social Media Management tool enabled The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to curate the best Instagram photos from their customers and publish them to either their corporate brand page or the local Facebook page that corresponds to the location where the photos were taken. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf can select any number of photos and message fans in batches or connect directly with individual customers one-on-one.
