6 The Little Coffee Bag Co. was born out of my own desire to enjoy a luxurious ground coffee without the usual trouble and mess left afterwards. Having been disappointed by what was already available, I decided to create a product encapsulating what I was looking for. Following a year of research, The Little Coffee Bag Company finally launched in Harvey Nichols in January 2013 with three different blends. The Little Coffee Bag is designed to produce a cafetière style coffee made for one. Having worked closely with my coffee roaster, we now offer four blends, each of which have been created with real dedication to quality and I can say with honesty and pride that only the best Arabica beans from around the world have been chosen. Each coffee bag has been individually wrapped and is available to purchase in a variety of impeccably stylish, beautifully designed gift boxes. 06

8 INTRODUCTION The Little Coffee Bag is designed to produce a cafetière style coffee made for one without the need for anything more than boiling water. Our coffee bags, which are available in four different retail blends, are made from bio-web and contain 10g of oven-roasted ground Arabica coffee. Each coffee bag is then individually wrapped to maintain freshness. Each of our blends has been created with real dedication to quality and flavour. The origin of our coffee beans are carefully chosen to ensure sustainability whilst our state of the art roasting methods ensure consistency. Our coffee bags are available in a range of impeccably stylish, beautifully designed gift boxes finished in embossed foiling befitting of only the finest coffee. 08

10 Containing 100% Oven Roasted Arabica Coffee from El Salvador, Rwanda and Sumatra. Rich and full bodied with a fruity medium acidity, good sweetness with notes of blackberries in the aroma and mellow chocolate notes throughout. Containing Single Origin Decaffeinated Oven Roasted Coffee from Peru. A rich flavour of walnut and cocoa notes with a creamy mouth-feel and soft acidity. Perfect as a bedtime drink. Containing 100% Oven Roasted Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee beans are roasted gently to a light colour, making the most of their delicate soft flavours resulting in an extremely well balanced, clean coffee with a subtle fruity acidity. Containing 100% Oven Roasted Organic Coffee from Papua New Guinea, Peru and Columbia. Smooth creamy mouth-feel with notes of milk chocolate, toasted nut and subtle plum finish. 10
