Mondsee,, 17th September 2015 The very professional and high-quality presence of BWT, Europe's No. 1 in water technology, generated a high level of interest at the IFA 2015 in Berlin. The experts from Mondsee presented themselves as the premium brand in the water technology segment. The modern image surrounding the "Magnesium Mineralizer" attracted many visitors to the inviting and successful exhibition stand. BWT presented innovative and new technologies for perfect tasting drinking water in Hall 3.1. Alongside the already existing premium partnerships with GROHE and WMF, BWT unveiled for the first time new partnerships with AEG and Miele. Strong partnerships with a shared goal: optimum water for the household Never before was the cleaning and care of a coffee machine so simple and effortless. Thanks to the patented filter cartridge "Kalk-Protect Kartusche" (Limescale Protect Cartridge) for automatic descaling, daily cleaning of the Miele CM7 coffee machine is now child's play. With the "ProSource Filter" from AEG, hot drinking water flows directly from the kitchen mixer tap at a simple turn. Whether for hot drinks or for the preparation and cooking of foodstuffs, the results are a taste experience thanks to the filtration system from BWT. This patented magnesium technology from BWT offers an alternative to still bottled water and provides more power and taste in the tap water. At its core: the BWT Magnesium Mineralizer enriches the tap water with the precious mineral magnesium, filters taste-impairing substances out of the water and reduces the calcium content. This addition of magnesium keeps the tap-water's mineral level in balance. The result is an almost neutral ph value that connoisseurs of highquality mineral waters appreciate for its delicious taste and softness. Sustainability: Avoid plastic waste and save money Water is our most important food, and is now purchased mainly in plastic bottles. The consequence: around 800 million PET bottles are in circulation in Germany every year. An almost unimaginable mountain of plastic waste. And yet the solution is so simple and saves money as well: a single BWT filter cartridge replaces up to 120 plastic bottles at approximately 5 cents per litre, it works out at a fraction of the price of the well-known branded waters. The wonderful smoothie recipes with BWT magnesium water were just the ticket for everyone who fancied a creamy and fruity refreshment. Whether a pink smoothie or the exotic tropical beach smoothie there was something for every taste. Coffee barista Nadja Mayrhofer provided tips on making the perfect cup of coffee with the right water.
