1 TOOLEX - BUSINESS SUCCESS TOOL! TOOLEX is the leading International Fair of Machine Tools, Tools and Processing Technology in Poland. Simultaneously with its 10th anniversary edition, International Fair of Tools and Methods of Virtual Processing - WIRTOTECHNOLOGIA and Trade Fair for Oils, Lubricants and Process Fluids in Industry OILexpo were held. Our exhibitors confirm that TOOLEX is an excellent tool of a business success - this is where they conclude numerous transactions, establish new business relations and maintain their interactions with regular customers. TOOLEX Fair is growing to become a trendsetter - the event was accompanied by numerous presentations of new products and launches on the Polish market. 10th anniversary success As expected, the 10th edition of TOOLEX attracted a record number of exhibitors and brands on the largest exhibition area in its history.

2 10th anniversary success As expected, the 10th edition of TOOLEX attracted a record number of exhibitors and brands on the largest exhibition area in its history. Never before have the event enjoyed such a great interest of visitors for whom Sosnowiec has become an obligatory trade fair destination. Compared to the first edition in 2008, the number of companies presenting their solutions increased more than 4 times, while the number of customers visiting their stands - more than 3 times. 3 The trade fair was visited by more than 10 thousand branch experts. Specialists and employees from production departments represented nearly 40% of them, while the management staff and decision makers - 35%. TOOLEX Fair is regularly attended by customers both from Poland and abroad. Thanks to such a dynamic development, it has become a recognisable and important brand on the map of European trade fairs. 4 Strength of Partners Strong position of TOOLEX on the trade fair market is confirmed by cooperation with a large group of notable Partners - institutions, universities and press - supporting the development of the fair and taking care about its content. The prestige of TOOLEX is also proven by the Honorary Patronage of the Ministry of Development.

5 The Fair was also present in general and industry-related media. Polish media associated with machine tool, tool, metal and maintenance industry provided media patronage over the event. TOOLEX was also advertised in a number of foreign media - German, Italian, Czech and Slovak. Invitations to visit the fair have been sent to more than 250 editors and representatives of industryrelated media. Our partners and exhibitors have also supported the promotion of the event as well as helped in distributing the invitations. Market leaders Just as in previous years, the thematic scope of presented products and services included: machine tools, tools, process equipment, measuring instruments, unconventional machining methods, hot working equipment, CAM/CAD systems and CNC software, coolants and lubricants, workshop equipment and solutions, services and support for designs, repairs and upgrades of machine tools and general services associated with machining. Again, the fair was attended by such industry leaders as ABPLANALP, AJAN, APX TECHNOLOGIE, CORMAK, DEMATEC, DMG MORI, ELESA+GANTER, EMUGE FRANKEN TECHNIK, FANUC, HACO FAT, GALIKA, GF MACHINING SOLUTIONS, HTM, HURCO, METAL TEAM, MTI, MS SPINEX, SANDVIK, SCHUNK, STIGAL and many representatives of Polish machine tool industry, e.g. AFM, AVIA, JANUS, FANAR, TBI, PAFANA.

6 More than just exhibition TOOLEX is not merely an exhibition and demonstration of 450 state-of-the-art machines in action. It is also an attractive fair programme involving meetings dedicated to, among others: metal processing, safety of machinery, visualisation of processes, design and CAD / CAM / CAE. The representatives of Zakłady Badań i Atestacji ZETOM im. Prof. F. Stauba w Katowicach Sp. z o.o. invited guests to lectures and consultations concerning Essential and minimum requirements for new and upgraded machinery as well as machines that are already used by workers at work according to the European directives 2006/42/EC and 2009/104/EC. The seminar: Efficient processing of cooling lubricant emulsions and rinse water. Reintroduction of distillate to the production cycle, organised by the representatives of H20 GmbH also captured great attention of the participants. In addition, SANDVIK arranged a 3-day meeting for its partners and customers, GT85 - a seminar devoted to cleaning technology in the machining industry, while specialists from CAM Technology Sp. z o.o discussed about barrel tools and effective optimisation of working time. The Clash of Grinders - the first grinding competition in Poland dedicated to the group of professional grinders - attracted particularly great interest of the audience. The competition was also an opportunity to exchange experiences, make new contacts in the industry and test abrasive materials. The clash was organised by 3M Poland.

The Clash of Grinders Procestechnologiczny.com.pl Winners During the formal Gala on the first day of the anniversary edition of TOOLEX we have awarded medals and distinctions for the best products presented by the Exhibitors of this year's Fair and for the best form of presentation. A medal for the way of smoothing the surfaces of functional elements manufactured in additive manner was awarded to Instytut Zaawansowanych Technologii Wytwarzania [Advanced Manufacturing Technology Institute]. GT85 POLSKA Sp. z o.o. was granted a medal for a series of cleaning machines involving models 100, 200 and 400 in different configurations. Due to strong competition and a large number of products entered to the competition, the Jury has also awarded distinctions to: VOLLMER POLSKA Sp. z o.o. for Vollmer VGrind 360, OSG POLAND Sp. z o.o. for a tool intended for setting the diameter correction during milling of DCT threads, MMT Sp. z o.o. for innovative and advanced deburring tool CP GRAT-EX MULTI CUTTING EDGE and last but not least to SUMITOMO ELECTRIC Hartmetall GmbH for HFT - high feed Turing.

8 As every year, we have also granted the Expo Silesia medal for the impressive form of presentation. It went to TBI TECHNOLOGY Sp z o.o. whose innovative and modernly designed stand simply astonished the organisers and visitors. Distinctions in this category were awarded to: ABPLANALP Sp. z o.o., DEMATEC POLSKA Sp. z o.o., DMG MORI POLSKA Sp. z o.o., EROWA TECHNOLOGY Sp. z o.o., GF MACHINING SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o., KEYENCE INTERNATIONAL NV/SA Poland Branch, MACHINE TOOLS INTERNATIONAL Sp. z o.o., SANDVIK POLSKA Sp. z o.o., SCHUNK INTEC Sp. z o.o., STIGAL and SUMITOMO ELECTRIC Hartmetall GMBH. During the 10th edition of TOOLEX, some of the Exhibitors have also celebrated their round anniversaries. As the Organiser of the fair we have congratulated them for their success and awarded them with commemorative statuettes: PAX company on the occasion of their 10th anniversary, DPS SOFTWARE - on the occasion of their 20th anniversary, companies - TEMREX- DYNATECH Sp. z o.o., DACPOL Sp. z o.o. and AWA Sp. z o.o. on the occasion of their 25th anniversary and ABPLANALP Sp. z o.o. - on the occasion of their 40th anniversary. We have also expressed our gratitude to nearly 50 companies and Partners who have successively built the TOOLEX brand, supporting its development from the first edition.
