8 Single Origin Coffee You can choose our special Crown blend or try a new single origin coffee, so that you can discover exciting new coffees from around the world. The following are the three origins we use, we brew on a rotation, so please ask a member of staff to see which one we are brewing today Sumatra Mandhelling A classic Indonesian full of rounded earthy flavours with spicy, smoky notes in the finish. It is full flavoured and full bodied with great rich texture and a persistent finish. This particular coffee has great subtle ripe fruit acidity and an unusual liquorice twist to the finish. Indian Mysore A smooth mellow Arabica coffee from the beautiful Mysore region of Southern India. Medium roasted, this coffee is easy drinking with soft an acidity and creamy body with hints of vanilla Costa Rica Tarrazu Among the worlds finest coffees, rich in body, a fine mild flavour.
