9 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES: food and beverage must be purchased from and served by the hotel. Menu prices are subject to change without notification and are not guaranteed until three months prior event date of the function. GUARENTEES: guarantee number of guests per function are due to no less than three business days prior to the event start date, otherwise, default contracted group number of attendees will become the guarantee. Counts possible can go up, but within 72 business hours, guarantee counts can not go down. event menu selections and room set up are due two weeks prior to event start date. PAYMENT: all events must be guaranteed with either a deposit or completing the approved credit card authorization form with a valid credit card. SERVICE CHARGE AND TAX: all food and beverage services and prices are subject to a 20% service charge and applicable state taxation CANCELLATION: cancellation of the confirmed function within 30 days prior to the function start date will incur cancellation fees respective to the contract specified terms and/or 100% of the signed event order value. SHIPPED MATERIALS: groups to indicate company, group name, event manager, and date of meeting on the outside of the package. The hotel can not accept responsibility for loss or damage of any shipped materials.
