3 Inspiring meetings at Amsterdam RAI Amsterdam RAI is located just a stone s throw from the centre of Amsterdam and next to the city s A10 ring road. The RAI comprises two auditoriums, one ballroom and 64 meeting and conference rooms. For a tranquil place to organise meetings, training sessions or an inspiring conference in a corporate environment with views over the city of Amsterdam, there is the RAI Elicium building. In addition to an attractive ballroom and four conference spaces, the Elicium includes 20 meeting rooms. Amsterdam RAI also has larger spaces available for your meeting or conference. And if you are looking for a special location, we offer everything you need to make your event a success. The meeting rooms can be rented individually for short meetings and events for periods ranging from shifts (four hours) to multi-day events. Reachability Amsterdam RAI is easily accessible by car and public transport. Situated on the Amsterdam ring road next to a metro/train station and a tram stop, the RAI is easy to reach from both the city and the motorway.

4 Meeting and conference packages In addition to space, Amsterdam RAI offers complete packages. All include as standard unlimited coffee, tea, mineral water and soda, as well as a flip-over, beamer, projection screen, Wi-Fi and a meeting tool kit. The packages, which obviously include space rental, are available for groups from 5 to 300 persons. There are various packages available that can be booked for one four hour shift, or two shifts (eight hours, or a full day): Basic, Comfort, Deluxe and Healthy. The Comfort package offers you everything you need for an effective and efficient meeting, while Deluxe and Healthy offer more refined or healthconscious choices. In addition to the available meeting packages, it is also possible to organise a breakfast or social gathering. You can add breakfast to your package from per person. For social gatherings we also offer three options: Comfort, Deluxe and Healthy. Sustainable Amsterdam RAI aims to be a sustainable leader in the conference and event sector in Europe. We are involved in countless eco-friendly activities and initiatives both in and beyond the RAI. The meeting centre, for instance, was designed with the latest technologies in the field of sustainability. If you have specific demands or requirements for your connection, ask your contact person about the options. > Amsterdam RAI employees cannot provide support for your own equipment. > Amsterdam RAI has 2500 parking spaces available. > The above mentioned conference and meeting rates apply to groups of up to 300 people. > Afternoon drinks and breakfast packages are available for groups of a minimum of ten people. > We will book you a room that suits your desired setup and group size. A larger room can be arranged at extra costs. > It is not possible to combine packages.
