Our Regular Green Teas Selection Sencha Tea Sencha is a Japanese green tea whose name literally means "infused tea". It is the most common tea in Japan. Aroma taste : smooth and sweet Recommended infusion time : 2 minutes Genmaicha Tea This tea is a subtle blend of green tea (cha) and puffed rice (genmai). Aroma taste : hazelnut Recommended infusion time : 1 minute Hoji Tea Grilled unfermented green tea (unoxidized) without theine. It owes its brown color to the roasting of its tea leaves.
