Coffee Fest offers sponsorship opportunities at many price points targeted to help you build brand awareness, increase sampling distribution, connect you with attendees and provide an opportunity to celebrate your company's contribution to the coffee industry. Successful sponsorship occurs when you interact with your target customer when they are out doing whatever it is they like to do. When done successfully and with some foresight and planning, your sponsorship will serve to alter your target s buying decisions and position you at the forefront next time they invest in what it is your company provides. Registration Area/Show Entry Sample Distribution This opportunity is all about direct interaction with your target customer from an auxiliary, secondary location to your booth on the show floor. Hand out samples or literature as attendees travel throughout the Convention Center. This offers a chance for a one-on-one moment away from your booth and the exhibition floor to interact with your target customers. Locations are pre-determined and include: Registration, Exhibition Entry and Classrooms. Limited to one sponsor per designated area. Single Show Investment: $3,000. Attendee Bags There's just one official show bag provided to attendees upon their arrival at Coffee Fest. These bags can proudly display your company's name/logo. The attendee bag sponsorship means your name travels everywhere - in the convention center, hotels, restaurants, and more - both during and after the show. And they are reusable for the attendees to use for grocery runs etc. back at their home. Quantity of bags is based on anticipated attendance; approximately 5,000. Annual Investment: $10,000. Attendee Bag Inserts Welcome attendees to Coffee Fest by inserting a product sample or literature piece (brochure, invitation, or flyer) into the event bag. Provide a sample-sized product, brochure, invitation, or flyer to them as they arrive at the show and pick up their bag. One 2 oz. sample size (must be a dry product that does not need refrigeration or freezer), or one piece of literature (brochure, invitation, or flyer) per event bag. Quantity of bags is based on anticipated attendance; approximately 4,000. Limited to six sponsors. Single Show Investment: $1,250. 2

3 Badge/Lanyard Sponsor One of the most visible sponsorships which provides thousands of walking billboards is the badge holder/lanyard sponsorship that each attendee and exhibitor is given upon check-in. Annual Investment: $15,000. Charging Station Sponsor Be the hero that provides a service that attendees and exhibitors don t even know they need until it s too late. Charging Stations are located at the Attendee VIP Lounge and at registration. Single Show Investment: $2,000. Opening Night Reception The Opening Night Reception is the traditional networking kick-off event at Coffee Fest. Be the one providing the convenient location, wonderful ambiance, delicious food and beverages and of course, valuable after hours networking. Company logo will appear on all sponsor event signage at Coffee Fest. 6 table for literature or product to sample at the reception. 5 Morning Coffee Sponsor Educational programming begins each day at 8:00am (the exhibition opens at 12:00pm on Friday and Saturday, and 11:00am on Sunday). From 7:30am until the opening of the exhibition, you can be the first coffee the attendees experience and their exclusive/only coffee option until the exhibition opens at noon. Get the jump on your competition by providing this necessary and appreciated morning pick-meup. Make the morning coffee station yours and begin to brew up new customers for an additional 12 hours over the weekend. Exclusive to one sponsor. Single Show Investment: $2,500. Current Sweetener sponsor: Morning Smoothie Sponsor Educational programming begins each day at 8:00am (the exhibition opens at 12:00pm on Friday and Saturday, and 11:30am on Sunday). From 7:30am until the opening of the exhibition, you can be one of the first products that attendees experience at the show. Get the jump on your competition by providing sample size blended beverages to these early risers. Make the morning smoothie station yours and meet new customers for an additional 12 hours over the weekend. Exclusive to one sponsor. Single Show Investment: $2,500. Classroom Pen Sponsor Four classrooms offering valuable and relevant programming are in high gear each morning of Coffee Fest. For over 20 years, it has been tradition that pens and/or note pads are waiting on the chairs when the attendees arrive. You source, brand and provide the pens (2,000) for each show. The pen will stay with each attendee for a significant time to come following the show. Each time it is used or looked at it provides yet another valuable impression. Single Show Investment $1,500 (plus the pens) Classroom Note Pad Sponsor Four classrooms offering valuable and relevant programming are in high gear each morning of Coffee Fest. For over 20 years, it has been tradition that pens and or note pads are waiting on the chairs when the attendees arrive. You source, brand and provide the pads (2,000) for each show. The notes on your branded note pad will be reviewed upon the attendees return to their homes and places of business. 6 Exhibitor Move-in Pit Stop & Beer Station Sponsor Many of Coffee Fest s longest running and most successful exhibitors learned long ago that maximum success does not often occur just by focusing on attendee interactions, but in many cases it is just as valuable to engage with your fellow exhibitors. Find your way to your fellow exhibitor s hearts before the show even begins by sponsoring the Thursday Move-In Exhibitor Pit Stop and Beer Station. From noon until 6:00pm all of your fellow exhibitors will be invited to come by as often as they like for some, chips, pretzels, etc. Single Show Investment: $4,500. Official Water Sponsor Everybody knows the single largest ingredient in a cup of coffee is water, and also how important the quality of the water is to the end product. Be their first choice when it comes to water, filtration and everything related. Limited to one sponsor per show. Single Show Investment: $2,500 (plus the 5 gallon bottles of water). Official Dairy Sponsor Like water is to coffee, milk is to Lattes and Cappuccinos. Position your company as the go-to for all things dairy at Coffee Fest. 7 Latte Art World Championship Open Sponsor The granddaddy of all coffee competitions in existence today: The Coffee Fest Latte Art World Championship Open is the most exciting, fan friendly competition there is. The worldwide appeal is evident with half of the 64 competitors traveling to each competition from around the world. If you want to attach your brand to a solid proven winner, you could look far and wide and not find another venue offering the prestige found at Coffee Fest Latte Art World Championship Open. America s Best Espresso Sponsor America's Best Espresso Competition is the annual vehicle that will determine and acknowledge the three best coffee roasters in North America. Every other year, the top three from each of the previous six competitions will come together for the Grand Championship where America s Best Espresso National Champion will be crowned. America s Best Cold Brew Sponsor America s Best Cold Brew Competition was developed to determine and acknowledge the best tasting cold brew and nitro. Every other year, the top three from each of the previous six competitions will come together for the Grand Championship where America s Best Cold Brew National Champion will be crowned.
