17 THE COLD INFUSION PROCESS Quality graded berries from our family farms are sweetened by infusing juice, cane sugar or non caloric sweeteners, then dried to a specific moisture Patented process and state of the art equipment provide infused berries, which are superior in flavor, mouth feel, natural color retention and size Closed Loop Infusion Process retains the natural juices and flavor essence from the fruit, and keeps it in the fruit Most other infusion processes strip the fruit of portions of these elements No additional flavoring or coloring added to the process Infused berries are preservative free 17
