15 General Information 1) Prices; A) include labor charges and taxes B) Doesn't include personalization for all items. C) do not include delivery. Cost is determined by location. Additional printing is at an additional cost. This is determined by design and quantity. 2) Average production time is 4 weeks for Personalized items. Production time begins upon receipt of order, approved artwork and deposit. Rush jobs are available and attract an additional 15% of charges. Minimum of 2 weeks is needed to complete rushed orders. 3) Items are supplied in colours listed (where applicable). Specific colours may be requested. 4) Camera ready artwork is to be provided by the client where applicable. 5) Personalized orders will not be accepted below the absolute minimum quantity. 6) Terms: Full payment due prior to delivery. 7) Cash is not an accepted method of payment. All payments must be made via one of the below methods; A) PayPal B) Direct Deposit to ; Payoneer, NCB. 8) Complaints must be received within 2 days of delivery.
