We own the best and most complete agricultural land resources information system (TALIS), providing the up-to-date information about the agricultural land resources in the country. 2

3 PROGRAM INTRODUCTION The courses will provide intensive courses in tea processing (Tea Camp) and beer brewing (Beer Camp), and introductions of Taiwanese cultures and society. Join us for unique experiences in Taiwan in summer 2018! Highlights: Full English Tea-processing or beer brewing courses by professionals and suitable for students of all background. Homestay in tea-processing families in central Taiwan (tea processing program). Exploration of native tribes in mountain regions Introductions of Taiwanese cultures and society Interactions/making friends with students from all over the world 3

7 HOW TO APPLY THE PROGRAM? Registration via NCHU Summer Program Website Please go to our website: ( to fill out the online application form. Additional materials need to to * ID photo in JPG file format (236 X 301 pixels) including your full name by April 30, * The scanned bank receipt by May 31, * Flight schedule by June 4, NOTE NCHU will issue an admission letter after received the payments. Students have NOT received the letter by June 5, 2018, please contact OIA via . 7

9 ACCOMMODATION Students who participate in 2018 NCHU Summer Program can stay at Backpacker Hostel, Taichung. NOTE: All room are Dormitory (bunk bed), air-condition and linen included. Males and Females are required to occupy separate rooms. 10 people in one room. Please bring your own toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels. (Toiletries are not provided) Hostel provide facilities such as shampoo, body wash, hair dryer and slippers. Breakfast is not provided. No smoking, No drinking and No gambling. 10 AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICE Pick up Service There is no individual airport pick up service.
