16 UE ESPRESSO CARE SERVICE PROGRAM CONTINUED SERVICE PROGRAM EXCLUSIONS; The following faults will not be covered by the appropriate service program and will be chargeable at our standard service tariff; Damage to parts due to operator misuse and abuse or obvious signs that the equipment has not been cleaned using the manufacturers recommended guidelines as detailed in the Operators Manual supplied at the point of installation. Damage caused to coffee machinery whereby the correct cleaning chemicals supplied by Ue Coffee Roasters have not been used to clean the machinery. Damage caused as a direct result of the operator not following the operating instructions detailed in the Operating Manual supplied at the point of installation. The supply of ongoing water filtration exchanges. Damage caused to the espresso machine due to scale build up which has been contributed by not following the advisories, to carry out the appropriate water filtration exchanges using the correct water filters supplied by Ue Coffee Roasters at the required interval. Damage caused to machine when the machine has undergone works that have been carried out by an authorised factory trained engineer, or without the knowledge or prior say so of Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd. Damage caused to machine whereby the customer has tried to retro fit internal and external LED illumination or customization to the equipment. Blockages to drain pipes or waste connections feeding the espresso machine, as all engineer visits with such faults will be chargeable when it is deemed that the blockage is down to operator error. Costs associated to decommission and reinstall the espresso machine to a new location.

17 TERMS & CONDITIONS This quotation replaces all previous price lists and prices will be held for a maximum of 90 days from date of quote. Prices are listed in Sterling and are exclusive of other charges such as Value Added Tax. All orders placed where payment is being made outright will require a 1000 holding deposit if the equipment is required for a specific date and the machine will need to be reserved in advance. The remaining payment to clear the outstanding amount due is to be received as cleared funds no less than 7 days prior to installation. Orders received where the customer will be renting the equipment, your equipment will only be ordered once Premier Asset Finance are in receipt of all docs and signed paperwork. All new espresso machines come as standard with a full 12 months parts and labour warranty to include free delivery and installation. All rental prices quoted are based upon an average rate of finance and these figures may fluctuate subject to your business status and they do not substitute a contract between Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd and the customer until a contract has been formally entered into with our finance company. All prices quoted for service contracts are offered subject to new agreement being taken out with the supply of new La Marzocco espresso machine supplied by Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd. Service contracts will become null and void if your espresso machine has not undergone a fully managed filtration exchange program at the correct exchange interval. We recommend that a filter exchange is carried out once every 6 months as standard. Busier and heavier volume locations may require a more frequent filter exchange interval and for these locations we recommend that a digital water management filter is fitted at installation. We are unable to confirm that any loan machine supplied will be to the same make, model or specification of machine being worked upon. Service contract rental prices are based upon a combined cover for years 2+3 of the 3 year rental agreement and the service contract can only be taken out at point of purchase. For all service contract exclusions, please refer to the page detailing the exclusions enclosed in the document. Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd cannot be held responsible financially or otherwise for any delays encountered to the late arrival of the equipment, whereby the customer has not met there obligations or the delay has caused due to a delay in the equipment coming into stock. All rentals are subject to credit status and a guarantor may be required, the minimum rental term is 36 months and underwritten by Premier Asset Finance. It is not conditional that the sale, rental or provision of technical services of equipment is offered, when a combined coffee or consumables agreement is entered into between the customer and Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd.
